Seven C's Cottage - Nashville, Tennessee

House was fully furnished, included towels, blankets, things you wouldn’t pack but would be a nice addition.

We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Nashville. The home is very clean, roomy, and it has a good location. It's about a 10-15 minute uber ride to downtown Broadway (depending on traffic). When we come back to Nashville, we'd be more than happy to book here again!

This was the best home away from home that we have ever been to! Jim and Tina couldn’t have been more helpful. The communication was superb. The amenities were exceptional. We will definitely stay there again and again. I just can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the property. Thanks again for making our stay feel like home!!!

This is a fantastic property and is perfect for any stay in Nashville. Quiet, out of the way neighborhood but still convenient to most attractions in the area. Had a great evening hanging out with the owners and can't wait for a return trip!

Cozy home - just as advertised!

Our stay was fantastic! Our hosts greeted us when we got there but then we didn’t see them for the rest of our stay. They provided their cell numbers so we know we could get ahold of them if we needed them. The house was great! The only thing is they had curtains in the doorway of the master bedroom. We would have preferred a door.

An amazingly quaint, cozy and enjoyable property. The owners, Jim and Tina, were so welcoming and accommodating. In addition, Jim treated us to a little concert, as he is a singer and songwriter. The location of 7 C’s was so close to everything…it was perfect!! We would definitely stay at any property they hosted!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at 7C’s. Easy location to get to (w/Lyft&Uber) and a quiet neighborhood. Our sleeps were comfy and peaceful. 7C’s is a cute little place to stay and clean inside and out.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville but close enough to get to, to enjoy all the entertainment Nashville has to offer. There is a Walmart close by where we picked up a few groceries for our stay. I would recommend staying here.

Very happy and pleased with surrounding and very convenient for shopping as well.

Thumbs up for this cottage. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Just off Thompson Lane and easy drive anywhere in town. The owners are nearby and very hospitable. Can't go wrong here. Recommended!

Close to Broadway was nice.

We had our second annual Christmas gathering at this VRBO. Just the right size for our small family to exchange gifts and eat. Nice central location.

Lovely cozy cottage!

One of our sons lives in Nashville so we came down from Illinois to have a “home away from home” Thanksgiving with him, and that’s just what we had! We cooked the entire meal in 7C’s well stocked kitchen and it came out wonderfully. The cottage was clean and cozy and Jim and Tina’s hospitality was fantastic - even texting us when a power outage occurred while we were out the evening we arrived and leaving us a flashlight. Thankfully the power came back on not long after we got back, but we were very grateful for their thoughtfulness. You also can’t beat the cottage’s location. Needless to say, we’ll be back!

Jim and Tina greeted us upon arrival and were willing to answer any questions we had which was nice. Convenient location to downtown Nashville. Reasonable Uber fares to avoid downtown parking. Place was super clean, quaint and homey. Would definitely recommend and return in future. Thanks!

Perfect for the three of us for our short stay in Nashville

My family and I decided to take our first venture to Nashville this fall and our stay was perfect. The house is in a prime location, close enough to downtown with just a short drive to Broadway and in a neighbourhood that’s close to any essentials you may need. The house was very clean and description was spot on. Jim was very pleasant and easy to talk to and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting to visit the heart of Tennessee!

Clean. Great location. Just what we needed

This property was perfect for my best friend and me. It was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed inside. It looks just like the pictures. It is convenient to Broadway Street and to the Grand Ole Opry. The owners, Jim and Tina, are great. They live in a tiny house behind the house we stayed in. Great communication before and during the stay. We had to change our reservation date and it was no hassle at all. The met us at the back gate as we checked in. We knew they were available any time we needed them. We just never needed them. They let us have our privacy. We took a Lyft twice to Broadway. It cost less than $15 each way. It is more convenient and cheaper than parking in Nashville. Thank you Jim and Tina for a wonderful stay in Nashville.

Clean and comfortable just like home

Property was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. Owners were obviously thoughtful in stocking amenities that visitors might need. Furnishings and decor made you feel “At home” - not like a generic rental property.

Enjoyed our stay for many reasons. Excellent location, well kept house and grounds, friendly owners who provided directions and a choice of places to go. I would stay here again.

Tina and Jim were wonderful hosts- So incredibly welcoming and supportive with everything we needed, (even including industry and community tips for our daughter pursuing music in Nashville!) Not to mention Jim's heartfelt and lovely personal performance he shared with us! The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family's home base for exploring Nashville and the area. We are hoping to and would love the opportunity to stay here again for future trips.
