Chris was amazing from the start. My wife and I ended up coming down with Covid the night before our trip. We were going with my wife’s parents and since they are 80, didn’t want to get them sick. We messaged Chris to see if this was going to be an issue sending my sister in law in our place since the rental was under my name. He called and spoke to my wife, it was absolutely no issue at all. He messaged us the first evening to make sure the folks got there ok and if they needed anything. Folks and sister had a great time. They all said: Wonderful cabin, had everything we needed, enjoyed walks on the beach and beautiful sunrise. My father in law loved the gas firepit on the patio so much he’s thinking of getting his own. I appreciated the flexibility and concern from Chris.

We had a wonderful time this past weekend. This cottage is much larger than it appears in the pictures. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor space. They provided the most comfortable raft I've ever used and the water was comfortable even in Sept. They provided lots of games to chose from which was fun. Besides the fantastic accommodations my favorite part of this place was the view! Studding to be right on the water! I would for sure recommend for families of all ages.

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary & it couldn’t have been nicer. We enjoyed the view & outdoor space and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable, which is unusual. We look forward to staying here again.

Spend 4 wonderful days at this cottage with my family. Lots of fun, relaxation and laughter. The cottage had everything we needed for sand and water fun and games to play. The evening’s were spent around the fire pit to end our day’s activities. It was wonderful to take a break from our busy days and relax and recharge.The cottage was clean and well stocked which made it so nice to enjoy our time there. The host was great and got back with me quickly as I prepared for this little getaway…a wonderful time was enjoyed by all of us … thank you Chris

We have stayed at Cedar View Beach House for several years now. The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet, exactly what we look for in a vacation home! The house and property are very clean and well appointed, with plenty of dishes, silverware, and a variety of cookware. We’ve always enjoyed our stay and spending quality time with our family there!

We have been lucky enough to come back here year after year. Always great experience and the communication, and property condition are excellent for our family get away.

We had a wonderful time at this lake front cottage. The location is private and we loved the beach access. We definitely would return!

The house was very clean, and the living room had lots of natural light with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area is lovely, with a grill, a table, and a fire pit. There’s also a cabana with lounge chairs you can use at the beach.The water was warm and perfect for swimming. There are some rocks in the water, so I recommend bringing water shoes. However, if you go out a bit farther, you'll find sandy areas. The water is shallow, which makes it great for kids—my 2-year-old loved playing in the sand!

Easy check in. Home owner was easy to contact. Kods loved the beach. We would rate a 10/10 if it would have had a sand beach. With some cheap water shoes it was very enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Tree Beach House. It was one of the few places that we've been to that could fit the number of people it said it would. There were six of us and we all could sit comfortably at the dining room table and in the living room. The labels on things were helpful and appreciated. We hope to be back someday.

Checking in was a breeze. Chris checked in shortly after we arrived, which was very nice. House, location etc was perfect. The outside has changed some from the Pictures, as the sand from the beach is blown pretty much up to the patio out back. Over all , very happy with our stay, would stay again.

Super nice home with amazing views. The home was clean and comfortable.

You walk in through the front door and say wow at the view of the lake but then you look around at the house and you know its going to be a good vacation. Water pressure and water heat was good for showers. Towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies were all clean and ready to go. Looks like guests have to make their own beds but that's fine to ensure no spiders or anything are an unintended guest (the property managers did do a great job keeping things bug and spider free as much as possible) There were tons of social areas at the home to do whatever you'd like. Big central dining island with plugs. Two living rooms each with seating. The loft is awesome for kids or a teenager to make it their own little cool hideaway. The outside had a propane fire pit, sandy lot to play games like volleyball, there was a front yard strip to play lawn games and of course the lake. The cabana shed had everything you needed to stay outdoors for the day too like water and land sport stuff, nice chairs, a fridge to keep the party going I would definitely recommend this place. The property managers clearly take care of it and want your vacation to be awesome.

We had a fantastic time. Lots of seating, beautiful kitchen and beautiful view. Played some games with the grandkids and enjoyed the beach. Just perfect!

Great location and cottage for a fun and relaxing family vacation. Grandparents, adult kids and grandkids had a great time. Cottage was clean with nice amenities indoor and outdoor. Nice deck and firepit. The sand area near the cottage was perfect for volleyball/badminton. The long sandy beach area is great for kids to play. Great communications by the host. Overall, we highly recommend this cottage and would come back!

Lovely home with all the amenities. Beautiful huge sandy beach. Waterfront a bit rocky for smaller children,but once further out on a floatie, pretty nice. The family loved it there, as well as the kids.

The best part was the seclusion of the property. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Our family (husband, myself, kids aged 24 down to 9) all had an amazing vacation!

Very pleased with this property overall. Love the privacy, so peaceful. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is well equipped. The Host is extremely attentive...checks in to be sure you arrived safely and is available if there is anything you may need. We will definitely be staying there again!
