Based around a Victorian railway carriage Seaspray has been lovingly renovated to include all the comforts of modern living including central heating and double glazing. Seaspray has 4 bedrooms, one double, two twin rooms and a single and we sleep a maximum of 7. There is also a living room/sunroom, large kitchen, main bathroom and seperate toilet.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Wonderful cottage right on the beach with the possibility of gazing at the sunset or enjoying the sunrise. Good eateries nearby too. Cottage very well furnished and a spacious kitchen for all your cooking efforts (I made birthday cakes for our twins.) Would highly recommend foe a family or group of friends.

Stayed Jul 22, 2022Just what we wanted right on the beach, beautiful Pagham harbour and countryside near by. Property equipped with every little thing you need, Co-op really close, fish and chips and even the little arcade to amuse kids and adults! Samantha was a great host, responds very quickly, not that we encountered any problems during our stay. Didn't want to leave!

Stayed Apr 15, 2022This cottage has lots of space for a family to spread out and is close to all necessities (including kids arcade amusements!) the beach and sunrise was beautiful each day. The cable car bedrooms were fun and quirky. We really enjoyed this location!

Stayed May 28, 2021This is a very pretty and comfortable cottage. It is well equipped and in a peaceful environment. The opportunity to have your morning tea on the beach and your evening apertifil in the setting sun in the garden is not to be missed. The sunsets are truly beautiful. We had so much fun finding beautiful pebbles and felt a kinship with magpies. All communication with the owner was excellent. You won't want to leave! It's the best.

Stayed Oct 5, 2020We loved our break, the house was spotless and the location peaceful and close to nature. We had some wonderful walks and felt totally recharged after our few days away.

Stayed May 27, 2017We had great weather overall which of course makes every holiday special. Plenty of sun from Wednesday onwards. Even enjoyed the thunderstorm over-night on the Monday. Recommend The Oak Inn for the food and hospitality. Even made a day trip to the I. O. W. The kids had great fun on the beach and plenty of activity at sea to watch and enjoy. Overall, great!
