Seaside Palace

This house was the perfect, cozy gathering place for our large extended family of 10 adults and 5 kids. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with towels, washing items, and like. There were even kid-friendly accommodations like bunk beds and a child-sized table and chairs. The host was quick to respond to questions and made sure we felt comfortable. We would definitely book this place again!

This house was great! The location was perfect, the house was clean and well stocked, and we had plenty of space for our entire family (13 people ranging in age from 1 - 85). And the host was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to accommodate us. I would highly recommend staying at Seaside Palace!

The house layout was perfect for family gathering together. The house was very clean and as pictured in the photos. The walk to the beach was short and the private access was awesome. The beach access is a ramp which made a huge difference with wagons and our family member who is in a wheelchair.

It is a beautiful home, very comfortable, and well appointed. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Two concerns that we addressed with realtor as this is not a rental directly with home owners. First the photos showed an empty lot to the right as facing home but upond arrival a new home was under construction which made using decks outside noisy and unpleasant during the day. We did have issues with elevator and tried not to use until pack to go home day and one of us almost got locked inside - realtor had someone out very quickly however but we were unable to use. We would rent again as it is a lovely and well kept, very clean property.

This stay was one of the best we’ve ever had at Kure Beach! The host (Jim) was very attentive and reached out daily to see if there was anything that we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for all 16 guests. We will definitely be returning!

Everything was just as described and pictured. The house was spotless at checkin. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen - it had everything we needed. It's very close to the neighborhood pool and tennis court, and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

The house was great! Perfect layout for entertaining, cooking, and hanging out. It’s conveniently located and also a very close walk to the beach. Jim was a great, communicative host. I highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! Lots of room! Nice big open area on main floor! Right next to tennis courts, playground, and 1 door from pool! Equipped well, except no dinner water glasses( all little or alcoholic) Would be nice to have a couple more dish towels in kitchen. Had a mishap early in visit, but was handled quickly and professionally! Thanks for a great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kure Beach. The house was large and comfortable. The elevator made it easy for my 80 year old mother to spend time with family (and to bring groceries up to kitchen). The number of bathrooms made it easy to get ready to explore the surrounding areas. We loved our time there!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in Kure Beach! The home was very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved having access to great amenities like the pool and tennis courts right nearby. Communication with Jim was excellent—he answered all our questions promptly and made the whole experience smooth. We stayed with two other families and had such a great time. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This house was perfect for our large group with young kids! The house backs up to the community playground, tennis courts, and pool. It is a short walk to private beach access. The home is beautiful and kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful.
