Seagull Beach Guest House, Unique Lake Michigan Cottage on private beach

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The house was clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of extras to make it feel like home. Our host was very attentive, while being respectful of our privacy. We can't wait to go back!

It was a beautiful spot. We came down to say goodbye to an amazing friend at his funeral. It was very peaceful.

What a beautiful setting right on Lake Michigan. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Taking a morning walk along the beach was exactly what we needed to recharge. Very gracious host.

Host was great- friendly and happy to answer any questions. The cottage was perfect- cute place with lots of beach/nautical themed artwork. Had a wonderful fire one evening on the seating area right by the beach.

Marcy greeted us when we pulled in and gave us a quick tour. From the minute we opened the mermaid door, I was amazed. The thought that went in to the decorating of Seagull Beach is awesome. Whimsy around every corner. Every day I noticed something that I didn’t see before. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy. The views were amazing. We sat on the deck that overlooked the beach for most of the day because it was unseasonably warm. We took long walks on the beach which you access on the property. We walked two driveways down for Friday fish fry. We loved every minute of our stay. We will be back!

What a wonderful place to stay! The host, Marcy, was so kind and thoughtful. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was able to show us around. She even left us some welcome goodies on the counter for when we arrived and gave us great recommendations for the area. When we left, Marcy also came out to tell us goodbye and thank you and have us a little parting gift as well. This was our first time using VRBO, so we didnt really know what to expect. I've never met a more friendly, nicer person! The actual place we stayed in was awesome too- so warm and cozy with such a great view of Lake Michigan and it was so wonderfully decorated! We were only 10-15 minutes away from a lot of great shopping, coffee, food, you name it! Would give more than five stars if I could!

My partner and I stayed at Seagull Beach for our anniversary weekend and it was absolutely lovely! The house was cozy, comfy, and so charming! We were there in November and were lucky enough to have the perfect weather for many long walks on the beach, crafting on the porch and in front of a fire, and baking cookies.Communications and logistics with Marcy could not have been easier. She is warm and welcoming (as are her pups!) and was the perfect balance of hostess and neighbor.We are excited to stay here again soon!

The cottage was very comfortable and whimsically decorated. The location was perfect and felt very private. The owners were very friendly, but gave us our space. We would be very happy to visit again.

Charming beach house provided the perfect setting for a wonderful, relaxing getaway. You won't want to miss the spectacular sunrises!! We grabbed our coffee & watched it both mornings from their lawnchairs located on the sandy beach. Absolutely breathtaking!! There are miles & miles of sandy beach to take in all the beauty. Marcy is a wonderful host and we will definitely be back so we can enjoy this little slice of heaven!!

Delightful cottage, great location, lovely hosts!

Stayed the first half of the week with my sister and the second half of the week with my husband. Beautiful views, Long beaches to walk, clean and comfortable. The place is decorated so cute and cozy. Anything that you may need or want has already been thought of and is there for you. Restaurants that deliver or restaurants nearby to visit.

Great views of Lake Michigan, very helpful and accommodating hosts, very comfortable house! Plan on staying there again.

Loved this property. Right on the beach! Had a beautiful afternoon upon arrival to walk the private beach. Our hostess was great! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property to stay at- especially if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The property is well equipped, well maintained, and has great views/access to the beach. The host is very accommodating and hospitable as the cherry on top. The cottage is right next to the host's house and shares a driveway- so isn't the best fit if you're looking to be completely secluded. However still has great privacy and feels like its own property. Great stay- would certainly consider returning in the future.

We loved this VRBO property. Very private, very scenic, very peaceful. There’s a great supper club within walking distance. Close to the City of Sheboygan for other activities. We will return.

It's a lovely property right on the lake. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. A terrific restaurant is just a walk down the driveway. The electric fireplace keeps the room warm, which is perfect after walking along the lake. This is our second stay, and we'll be back!

Property was exactly as advertised! Beautiful lake view, wide sandy beach. The cottage decor was a feast for the senses! Every time we looked around, we found more decorative touches. Marcy’s creative touches and attention to detail made being inside as much fun as being outside!

This place is a gem and the property is picture-perfect! The moment we arrived we knew we had made a great choice, The proprietors deserve big kudos because the place they provide is perfect for a stellar get-away vacation. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail in the way the property is decorated. The location is the quintessential beach house/northwoods experience. This place has everything we look for in a vacation rental. There are many things to see and do, so close by. We can't wait to stay here again. We sincerely thank our hosts for the wonderful lifetime memories we left with. This place is a treasure.

Stayed for a weekend in October, fall colors were beautiful! View of the beach is amazing, especially from the bonfire. Seeing the sunrise is a must, we watched while having a morning bonfire. Marcy, the host, was very friendly!

The property is gorgeous. Marcy is a very nice hostess. We had to cut our stay short tho because of sickness. I would love to come back at another time. I did take pictures of the beautiful sunset that I will keep as a remembrance.

The first thing you hear when you arrive is the calming sounds of the waves. Make your way in your cottage and you are greeted with the most beautiful view of the lake from the living room. There is a balcony with space to eat, drink your coffee, read, or simply take in the scenery. The decor, colors, and furniture all come together to create a cozy environment. The stain glass windows are incredible. A lot of time, effort, and love was put into making this place special. The beds are comfortable, soft sheets, blankets, towels, and robes are all nice quality. Make your way outisde for another perfect view from the firepit/deck area. Comfortable adirondack chairs overlook the lake. At night its a great place for smores, listening to the waves, and looking at the stars. The beach is stunning. Private area all to yourself with stretches of beach in either direction. The sand is soft and white. The water is aqua colored and clean. It is truly like you are in the islands. The host Marcy is super sweet. She makes your stay perfect. From the mountain of beach towels, wetsuits for the cold water, marshmallows for smores, a chilled bottle of wine, a very clean cottage and much more! Marcy, her husband, and their two golden retrievers live next door. They are wonderful people. We cannot wait to go back. Its our new favorite place.
