I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is always the best! The view, sound of the ocean and of course a short walk to the beach. This year the house wasn’t as clean as years before, sadly it didn’t look like the house was vacuumed you could feel the sand on your feel while walking around the bedrooms and living room. We had wrong sizes to our beds and by the time we noticed they had closed down the laundry exchange. They had holes in the one upstairs bathroom door and food under the fridge and oven. Normally I would complain but like I said 4th year coming down and it wasn’t the same.

If you want to wake up and go to sleep with surf just outside your window, this is your place. This fragile ecosystem is astonishingly beautiful and respected; we came away relaxed and refreshed. Shimmering stunningly beautiful ocean and the Hatteras Lighthouse just a walk down the beach. Affordable and friendly. Very highly recommended.

Had to delay our arrival due to hurricane Florence but was impressed with the constant communication from the hotel office. Arrived for 5 days of sunlight, waves, and perfection. The unit was perfect. Upstairs is the living area and kitchen and downstairs was 2 beds, 2 baths a bunk beds. Easily accessible to walkway to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking and grills are all over the property. Pool was nice and clean. Property was well kept and everyone we met was friendly. Our second visit and certainly not our last!

Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It was a wonderful experience for both my kids and I to spend Christmas at the beach!
