Check in was smooth. Description showed 2 rooms, one with one bed, the other with twin beds. The second room only had one bed so we had to make some adjustments. Fortunately the sofa in the living room was comfortable but that person had to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom from the kitchen/ dining area. Other wise in terms of location it was perfect. No lobster steamer pot, though. I recommend this location as long as the sleeping situtation works for you / your group.

Very comfortable,but no lobster pot. When in Maine eat lobster.
