The cottage and the host were above expectation! Thank you for a wonderful stay I will return in the future!
The house is so nice and it's peaceful. We love all the stuff that's near it
We really enjoyed our stay at Hannah’s property. The cottage was super clean, everything we needed was provided, and we’d definitely book the property again. Communication was great before our stay, and Hannah checked in once we were there to be sure we had gotten into the property and had all we needed. Great experience!
Beds super comfortable, shower pressure very good, blackout curtains worked perfectly, and a responsive host. Couldn't ask for more.
Thai house was so cute and nice. We was able to walk to a few places, like restaurants and the surrender house. There's a small downtown area to walk to. We were able to fish out back but it was a little difficult but it was great fishing. The fire pit was nice and relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again. Hannah, the owner, was super nice and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
It was very clean. Liked the WiFi and Netflix access. The kitchen toaster was somewhat broken, so we didn't really use it. Also the kitchen knives were not very sharp. All else was very clean. We brought our own personal Keurig coffee maker.
Stayed with here my son while visiting with my boyfriend and his little one. Beautiful cottage comfortable and close to very cool historical landmarks. Decent drive to Nashville without having to be in the city. Would definitely stay again :)
The cottage was adorable and very clean!! Hannah was super informative and checked on us since storm knocked out power!! But thanks to flashlights and games she had waiting the evening was great!! Our week has been perfect will definitely be back!!
This is a quaint little cottage in a great location. Very quiet, conveniently located in the city of Dover. Several amenities, coffee maker, washer & dryer, microwave. Cute little back patio with a great view of the river. Lots of wildlife. The beds were super comfortable. I will definitely be back the next time I travel to this area. Host was wonderful and available to answer all questions and concerns. I highly recommend staying here.
We loved this place!
With having family living away from a large city, this is the 2nd stay at this house and i wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The cottage sit off the main streets in town but close to everything you might need with restaurants, little shops, the Land Between the Lakes just an short distance, civil war battlegrounds with cemetery, surrender hotel still standing (just 3 or 4 houses away and with a inlet at your back yard/deck.
My husband and I spent a week at this lovely cottage. The location was amazing with food options within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place with easy access to Land Between the Lakes, Fort Donelson and Dover.
My grandson (almost 3 yo) called it the blue house. We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The cottage was clean, very cozy. We didn't spend a lot of time at house as we were in Dover for a family reunion. We will be back to Dover next year and we certainly hope this cottage is available. Hannah the hostess is really great to work with. Definitely a great place to stay.
Great small house in a tiny town. Hannah was great to work with.
The house was beautiful and the yard goes right to the river. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our host was quick to respond when needed. The town is small but packs a lot of history. Would definitely stay here again.
Hannah is one of the best hosts I have ever worked with. She communicated with me before we stayed and while we were there also. The small house was clean and had everything a person needed to be comforetable. Dave T.
