Host was welcoming and accommodating. Had a lovely stay with our baby and had everything we needed. Very comfortable with air conditioning, even in 40 heat.

Had a lovely stay in lovely house. Great location in town. Being on a main road the trucks were a bit noisy but we were left ear plugs so it certainly wasn’t a problem. Easy entry, very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again.

What a delightful cottage and area. This cottage has lovely big rooms with such a nice feel as you walk through the house.. then you arrive at the sweetest garden the property is just devine. Thank you for having us we would rebook in a heart beat.

The cottage was impeccable. So much character and charm. The courtyard gorgeous also. Location is so convenient to local amenities.

No heating in bathroom. Very noisy at night due to large trucks on highway.

Well renovated cottage at the front of the owner's house, opposite the pub and bakery and near the general store on the main drag of Inverleigh.

Property presented with real style, space and luxury. Outside courtyard a delight. Owner communication and thoughtfulness appreciated. A delightful stay.

3 adults staying over a few days for a wedding in the area.Comfortable cottage and nicely decorated. Loved having multipal towels to use in bathroom and quality wine glasses in the kitchen. Many extra toiletries and food items provided. We greatly appreciated this.Would recommend.

It was absolutely perfect

Quite comfortable but located on main road and rail line. Advertising lights shining in bedroom till late. Bathroom sink too small and difficult to access. Floor needed a sweep prior to letting. Pub across the street was convenient and very good. Bed sheets were very old and thin; nearly put a foot through. Air con not working..

Smaller house than expected. House was a joint house with the owners with seperate entrances. This was not a problem at all, but it could have been made known in the listing.

Super cosy place! Within walking distance of everything you need. Great stay if you have a wedding at Barunah plains!

Such close proximity to everything in interest that a family could need. Very comfortable stay here-thanks so much.John’s communication was great and they had all we needed for a one year old (travel cot/high chair) which was so helpful.

Stayed here with our parents and a newborn for a wedding near town and it was a fantastic little cottage, had everything we needed to all be comfortable and enjoy ourselves. We were very impressed with the effort the hosts John & Steph went to that made this a nice space with some bonuses we’d never seen at any other accomodation (like the book swap library in the house). Very well equipped with amenities and food for breakfasts which was very handy thanks a lot guys and we’ll be back!

The location of the property is so central.Unfortunately, this weekend some car enthusiasts had some sort of rally meeting at the pub across the road and there were noisy, smelly, polluting, smoke filled burn outs happening right in front of the accommodation.

A perfect location for our wedding at Woolbrook Homestead, Teesdale. Extremely clean, comfy and lots of hidden extras. Loved walking across the road for our morning latte in the beautiful township of Inverleigh.

We have stayed here before as we have family who live in Inverleigh, and it's a perfect home from home if there isnt space to stay with them. The new owners are lovely and and very welcoming I didn't realize that there was an email with the check in process but once we realized that it was very easy to get in. There was fresh milk, bitter and a voucher for a load for bread at the bakery across the road (if you stay more than 2 nights?) you get this. The bakery is great, I'd recommend the pies. We will probably be back in a couple of years and will hope to stay here again. I would like to bring my partner and her daughter here toom

Great house, everything you need, right in the middle of Inverleigh. Very relaxing garden area, loved it.

Comfortable overnight stay

Such a wonderful place to stay! We had a wedding in nearby Teesdale and didn’t want to travel home. This was an easy 10min drive from Woolbrook Homestead. John was easy to get in touch with and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier to get ready. The beds were super comfy, the kids loved the games and the nearby playground. Everything was clean and seemed newly renovated. Had a great night, will definitely visit again if we’re ever back in the area.

Location was brilliant, right in the centre of the town and close to everything. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back.

We just love coming to inverleigh and your cottage is very convenient it is right across rd from hotel and bakery my son his wife and our grandchildren live in inverleigh it is lovely to have our own space its such a gorgeous cottage and they have thought of everything!
