Rosebud on Little Sebago Lake

I just got back from a 5 day, 4 night stay with 6 other adults and the experience was wonderful. This property was incredible! Stunning views from the main house and guest house with direct water access for a boat. There was also a ladder that leads down to the shallow area of the lake and a small sandy area where you could walk directly into the shallow part of the lake. . The lake was clear and beautiful. The outdoor seating area had comfy reclining chairs and all new furniture with plenty of seats for larger groups. The fire pit was in great condition and we used it for smores night! The house was immaculate and well designed with comfortable beds and furniture. It felt cozy and inviting for everybody and we loved the checkers table! The kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Wayne, was the best. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and available for any questions we had. The best vacation ever! We can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at Rosebud on Little Sebago Lake! The house was beautiful, with the best view on the lake—peaceful, clean water, and loons calling in the background. It was close to everything but still felt like a true getaway. We rented a pontoon boat, swam, paddleboarded, and relaxed around the fire pit. The host was friendly, helpful, and full of great stories. We hated to leave and would love to visit again!

We had a great time at Rose Bud. The location on the lake is great (end of an inlet). We rented a motor boat from Long Lake for 3 days (they deliver) and had a great time water skiing and tubing. The house has a dock that can accommodate a rented boat. We also enjoyed canoeing and paddle boarding. The house has good air conditioning and is very well equipped. You do need to bring your own sheets, pillow slips, and towels. Wayne is a great host and welcomed us there. I highly recommend

The property and location are beautiful. My large extended family including small children and babies fit well and there was enough space to spend time inside and outside together. The manager and owner were both really easy to communicate with and very responsive and helpful. Kayaks and canoes with life jackets were available for use.
