Romantic Historic Cottage in the Ozarks!

We loved this little cottage! Clean and everything we needed for a peaceful little getaway.

We appreciated this historic, clean, family friendly home that is conveniently located a few blocks from the Ozark town square. Our host, Betty, quickly responds to messages. This is our favorite place to stay (5 times) in the Ozark area.

This is a beautifully restored 100 year old home that was truly lovely. It was comfortable, had plenty of room for three adult couples & was located near areas we needed to be (we were attending a wedding at Finley Farms). Betty, the owner, answered any questions I had immediately although I didn’t have many as everything was so easily explained in the binder left for guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet area with perfect location to antique shops and The Mills at Finley Farms. Very pleased with cleanliness with it being a pet friendly home. Couldn't even tell pets are allowed!

Very well kept and updated older home. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from anything you might need. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is our go to spot when staying in Ozark when we are traveling with our dogs. The set up is amazing and has everything you need. It was just my husband and I but would be great if our family was with us as well with the other bedrooms and space. Really clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Second stay here.. amazing location as usual!! Very quiet, cozy, and great place to relax. Came to quilt and renew before school starts. Within 25min of Branson and Springfield. Just love this town. Fenced yard and pet friendly a plus!! Hostess is always prompt with communication 4 stars on clean only because there were areas that had not been taken care of by her service that I took care of (porch and vacuum clogged)…. I would still stay here and do not fault hostess.Great place to be alone, couples, family or friends.One of my favorites on VRBO

My husband and I stayed for two nights while attending a couple Springfield Cardinals baseball games. The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean with comfortable beds. It is walking distance to the downtown square and close to the Ozark Mill restaurant which was wonderful. We will be back if we're ever in the area. Great place to stay!

My two boys and I stayed here for a week long basketball tournament. The stay was very nice, the property was clean and remodeled, and the property owner was responsive and pleasant every time I reached out with questions.

A great central location between Springfield and Branson. Less than an hour to the Laura Ingalls Wilder site. A Walmart and fast food are nearby, and the binder in the home has recommendations for more local fare such as Lambert’s and The Ozark Mill Restaurant at Finley Farms. The house was clean and cute, and I love that they had coffee, sugar, and creamer ready to go. They provide K-cups and an empty container for your own grounds if you prefer. We got in late, and it was nice not to have to figure out my morning coffee!Be aware that the house has been added onto, and several rooms are on slightly different levels that require step ups or step downs. I know that might be a challenge for some, so I thought I’d mention it. We’d definitely stay here again!

It’s a very cute old house with modern updates in the bath and kitchen. We had cold temperatures and being a house on a crawl space the floors are cold and it’s a bit drafty. It was as I would have expected. The one thing that needs attention is the shower curtain. Time to hang a clean one.

We stayed here with our two adult children and their spouses for a family wedding at Finley Farms. The location is perfect situated in between Springfield and Branson and right off the quaint town square with some nice restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely stay here again if we need to stay in the area! The home was incredibly clean and comfortable.

We traveled from 3 different states and enjoyed meeting up and staying in the delightful older home in Ozark Mo. The home was very well maintained. The host was very accommodating the couple of times we spoke.

In town for family reunion. Surprise treat was Oktoberfest 1 block away which was great! Love the house. 1 bathroom for each bedroom is a huge PLUS! Needed more outside seating and more kitchen supplies- coffee maker, can opener, sharp knives but will definitely stay again.

We were in town visiting our son/grandson with our dogs. This home is perfect. It’s very pet friendly! It’s in a safe wonderful location. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay on future visits!

We had a few days with family. The location was great for boutique shopping, a couple close restaurants, and the home included everything we needed!

I stayed here all week while my sons were on a golf trip in Branson. My two small Aussies tagged along. Great location, way more extra added amenities than most homes I’ve stayed in. Felt safe as police department is one block away. Definitely the quietest neighborhood!! Loved the history pics around the house and info on house in notebook. I quilted and toured history places.. only thing I might add to improve is add a railing or some type of support on stairs going out to yard for us short girls w knee issues😜. Definitely thinking of a Girls trip here in fall!!
