River Cottage is a well-located property in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, set beside the river and within walking distance of the village centre, shops, and the harbour. The cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms and provides a comfortable base for a holiday in Lynmouth.



On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room with a woodburner, Sky TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an induction range cooker, microwave,dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. At the rear of the cottage, a small patio garden with outdoor furniture offers space to sit outside.



The first floor has two bedrooms and a shower room. The rooms are furnished with all essentials, and bed linen and towels are provided.

On the second floor is a third bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Between the three bedrooms, the cottage offers one double bed and four single beds, accommodating up to six guests in total.



Lynmouth is a charming coastal village where the East Lyn and West Lyn rivers meet the sea. With its harbour, beach, cafés and pubs, it has everything needed for a relaxed holiday. The village is linked to the clifftop town of Lynton by the historic Cliff Railway, which has been running since 1890 and provides wonderful views of the coast and harbour below.



The surrounding area is part of Exmoor National Park, known for its moorland, wooded valleys and dramatic sea views. Popular walks include the riverside path to Watersmeet and the Valley of Rocks, where wild goats roam among striking rock formations. Whether exploring the coast path, enjoying the scenery of the national park, or simply relaxing by the harbour, Lynmouth is an excellent base for both walking and sightseeing.
