Stayed Jan 16, 2026It was perfect! The first night I slept like 13 hours straight! I used it as a base camp to bounce between Moab and Colorado. It was chef's kiss! It was ideal for both the dogs and me, offering a peaceful and secure environment, complete with a fenced-in yard. Clean, etc. The only downer was the shower water pressure! It was so weak, lol, but small eggs in comparison to price, location, accessibility, etc.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025This was a great stay for us while visiting our son. Great little fenced backyard for pet and a fully stocked kitchen with supplies. Will definitely stay here again.

The home was roomy, clean and in a great location for our needs. We've been coming to Grand Junction for quite a few years and I wish we had found this property sooner!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025This was the perfect size and location for a weekend getaway for Tour de Moon Bike Ride. Close to downtown and other place. Would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024We loved this sweet rental. I know the outside grassy area needs work, but we spent more time inside and off exploring the area so this was not an issue for us! We absolutely loved how cute this place was. We would definitely recommend it and rent it again!
