Rental With Waterfront Access To Silver Lake. Near Silver Lake Sand Dunes.

Comfortable spot to rest our heads after a full day at Lewis Farms.

The house was perfect had everything we needed clean, plenty of parking and super close to the dunes! The host was more than accommodating and communication was great! We definitely will be back in the future

We couldn’t be happier with this rental. The location was perfect for all who came to celebrate our youngest son’s 21st birthday. For those that were done riding the dunes, the walk back to the rental was beautiful. Definitely will be booking here again.

Kitchen was well equipped

Home was excellent! Jon was very helpful and allowed us to put our trailers in the driveway before our check in time so we could get out on the dunes. Great location that’s walking distance to the downtown area as well as a quick drive to the dunes. We are already talking about staying here again next year!

This place was perfect, and located conveniently close by everything you need in silver lake. The host was always very responsive to the few things I asked, and we plan on coming back!

This house has a great set up, is clean and the owner communicates well when needed. It’s in a great location, convenient to everything in Mears, and we hope to be back!

We were there to ride the side by sides. Had a great time! House was great but could use an upgrade on pots and pans !!!!!

We stayed here with 7 adults for the Jeep Invasion. The house is very spacious and right on the canal, the owners have kyacks and a paddle boat for people to use. Very close to sand dunes.

I stayed here with my staff - we put on an adventure race in Silver Lake State Park. The host was very responsive. The house was clean. Nothing was broken. It was great to have so many beds to cover our entire team. Plenty of parking too. We would stay here again and plan to when the race comes back here in a few years.

Overall, we had a good time at Jon's place. Super convenient to the dunes entrance, quiet neighborhood, a quick walk to the little public access spot on Silver Lake. It's a big place that we shared with another young family of 4, 8 of us total with plenty of space. The water out back was a very shallow, mucky channel. We had to make the beds upon arrival which was unusual for a VRBO. The propety could use some overall updating and felt a bit dingy. Updating the indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen wear and bath towels would go a long way for the overall feel of a rental at this price.

Beautiful place, close to everything.

We had a great time staying here with friends of ours. Plenty of room and things to do for 4 adults and 5 kids. Quiet location yet walking distance to town and a short drive to the dunes and beautiful beaches. The owner was quick to respond when we needed something. Would recommend to others.

The property suited us well. The grandkids had fun with the kayaks and peddle boat. The rooms were clean and it was easy to feel st home. Very centrally located but quiet.

Great place for getting onto the dunes

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home…location was perfect! Very nice neighborhood too! Our family truly enjoyed our stay!

Positives: Great location, it was nice to kayak out to silver lake, and .5 mile walk to downtown silver lake. Host was very responsive. Negatives: House was dirty. Killed 4 spiders. Weeds growing out of gutters. Vents packed with dust, windows need cleaning, paint peeling in bathroom, dirty dining room chairs. There was a camera in the house - but it’s pointed outside to view out the window towards the driveway however it looks like it can spin around through remote control, unsure if it has audio. Instructions say to fold the comforters and leave them at the end of the beds, I don’t think they are being washed between guests. We brought a boat and the driveway has a negative grade, it was had to get the boat off the hitch, host provided us with some additional boards so I could get the trailer high enough to get it off the hitch.
