Remodeled Private Waterfront Cottage, Pet Friendly, with dock in Osage Beach!

The cabin was very clean, well equipped, and perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed. Patrick was great to work with. He was very responsive with any questions and had great communication from the day we booked until the day we checked out.

We had a wonderful time at this gem of a cabin. It was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, beautiful shower and bathroom. We also loved having a gas grill. Communicating with Patrick was seamless. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

Great retreat for a couple. The bedroom was great. Bathroom was great (nice shower). Kitchen great. Screened in porch was great. Plus, a nice view of the lake. Living area was great. Location is great. Only 1 1/2 miles from the main drag (hwy 54). We enjoyed our stay so much we are likely coming back in the fall for a wedding.

The place was nicely renovated, clean and well supplied with essentials. There was a nice view and it was quiet. Basically, all that we needed for this trip.

We stayed during the fall, so the lake wasn't as busy as it is during the summer months. We were looking for a nice, small place by the water where we could relax and my husband could fish. This rental property fit our wish list perfectly! I was able to enjoy the gorgeous fall scenery while ny husband fished off the dock. At night, it was even prettier with the lights reflecting off the water.

This property was just as described! Recently remodeled, beautiful and clean inside. We loved the screened in porch for sunrise coffee and sunset wine; the deck for grilling and outdoor entertaining; the dock was easily accessible and in a quiet cove. Overall this lakeside cottage was a perfect fit!

The cottage was a great place to enjoy the warm days, cool nights and the harvest moon. Patrick goes out of his way to make sure his guests have everything they need to make their stay an enjoyable one.

Great place! Loved the location

I can not begin to express how great this property is. So clean and had everything you would need plus more! Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and golf. The host had wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities and even had a history of this 1950's fishing cabin and the damming to make the lake itself. The cove was peaceful and relaxing-but it was just after the labor day holiday. Would definitely recommend this great little get away. 5 stars all the way!

This is a well done recently remodeled cabin If you like being in the heart of the action while being back in a no wake cove, this is your place to be.

My significant other and I went for a relaxing week at the lake. This place was clean, kitchen is stocked for cooking, and it had inviting decor. We really enjoyed fishing from the dock and enjoying breakfast in the screened in porch. The owner has fast response time with questions. The cottage seemed roomy for a one bedroom...very nice layout. The kitchen and bath were modern, comfy bed, large tvs, really everything we needed.we loved the screened-in porch and the deck. We played cards on the deck and grilled. We caught some small sunfish off the dock and enjoyed seeing deer, heron and ducks/ducklings each day.We didn't get out on the water, but the dock, kayaks, and ladder were awesome amenities.The steps down to the water were wide and well maintained, but challenging for my husband with Parkinson's. Note that there are deck steps and then 20 concrete steps to the waters edge.The home is beautifully updated and very clean. Close to restaurants and shopping, too. We highly recommend this cottage!

My husband and I always come down for Memorial Day weekend to Osage Beach. We enjoy coming to this property location for our stay. It is so peaceful and relaxing there. We will be coming back again.

We loved this little place! We stayed with our two kids. It was a prefect accommodation. Nicely kept, easy accessible, right on the lake. Truly a little slice of heaven. This place is a must for a relaxing lake weekend. The owners were diligent and responsive.

Patrick is a great host and was very accommodating when we needed to change the dates of our trip. Quick to get back to you. Property is close to everything, very neat and clean. We enjoyed our weekend stay.

Better than expected! The cabin was terrifically remodeled. All I can say is that everything worked great. Water flowed perfectly, toilet, shower, bathroom totally clean and like new. The kitchen had everything needed, as described by the owner. We took our 16ft boat and since it rained the whole time, that was the only reason it got wet. Patrick provided a place to park the trailer/boat while we were there. However, there was a nice covered dock if we had been able to launch. It provided some dry fishing, anyway. The screen enclosed porch provided some relaxation despite the rain. Nice Roku TV if one wanted to watch it. We will go back there, if we get the chance!

I took my 17 year old daughter for her birthday and it was just perfect. Kayaks were amazing and it was only seconds from Osage beach prkwy for all attractions! Will stay again.

Great location and great neighborhood

Had a wonderful off-season weekend stay in Osage Beach. Although this is not our first time to the area we really enjoyed our time here again relaxing and taking in the views of the lake and the surroundings. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, and the cottage was very clean and cozy, the location was close to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion though, an iron would be helpful to have in the rental as we had an anniversary dinner out planned and needed to iron our clothes that got wrinkled in our suitcase during our travels. Other than that, everything was perfect! What a wonderful, relaxing getaway this was!

This cottage is gorgeous! One side has convenient access to the water, we were within 5 minutes of our favorite restaurants and absolutely loved watching the deer play in the wooded hills behind us. The interior decor is beautifully done. The colors chosen are calming & relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and hope we are able to book it for our next trip.

First, the hosts are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet—quick to answer questions and genuinely invested in making your stay amazing. The cabin itself is a dream: a cozy, lakeside retreat with just enough modern touches to make life easy without losing that rustic charm. It’s situated directly on the water with a private boat slip, making it perfect for baller-level fishing access. But here’s the kicker—even if you don’t have a boat, you’re not missing out. The dock alone is a fishing paradise! Want to catch some serious catfish? Tie on a Carolina rig, bait it with about a 3 x 4 fresh chicken breast, and cast toward the center of the cove. Hang onto your rod—multiple 20-50lb blue catfish are not out of the question. Don’t believe me? Try it and prepare to be amazed! This cabin is a slice of lakeside heaven, and we can’t wait to come back. Book it—you won’t regret it!

The place was perfect for my son and I. Loved being able to unload the boat and leave it in the dock. Definitely plan on coming back!

My husband wanted to visit the Lake of the Ozarks for his 62nd birthday. I found this gem of a place and it was exactly what we needed. We took our 1-year-old puppy with us and it was perfect. The fish were not biting, but that's typical of our luck! All of the deer in the neighborhood were fun to watch and if you walk the circle of HuffPuff Lane, you'll get quite a bit of cardio on those hills! I would highly recommend this place for a couple's get-away!

The cottage description and pictures were true. It was very well appointed. The bed linens and towels were excellent. The cottage was simply, beautifully decorated and filled with high end appliances. It is an excellent residence for a couple who want a quiet, restful retreat. However, the boat dock and kayaks were perfect for water loving sports. The host was EXCELLENT! He provided suggestions for dining and exploring the area. We’ve rented properties. We enjoyed a long fall weekend on the lake. The house is a great place to relax after exploring the surrounding area. Comfortable, clean, well stocked and an added bonus of deer, fox and other wildlife each morning and evening!

We enjoyed a three night stay at the cottage. We spent a lot of time on the screened in deck as well as the exterior deck. Very relaxing atmosphere. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will return there for another get away!

Perfect place to get away.

This beautifully renovated small home was the perfect place for a 3 day golf getaway! It was nice and clean and supplied with everything you would need. Loved going down on the dock and taking a dip in the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Patrick's place is a hidden gem in Osage Beach. Get away from the big hotel and take a secluded winding road to this (renovated) fishing cabin! It's exactly as described and the pictures don't do it justice. It had everything I needed for a short weekend stay on the lake. I enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen with unrestricted views of the lake. Morning coffee on the deck watching the many boats go out for the day, then a quick walk down the steps to take the kayak out for a few hours off the private dock. Back up the stairs and fire up the gas grill for some steaks and take in the sunset. The master bedroom was large and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was oversized and had everything I needed. I really can't say enough good things about Patrick's place, and I cannot wait to come back! You will not regret staying here!

The home was in a perfect location for us. Close to the restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses we like. In a nice quiet cove and close to the water. Home has been nicely remodeled and was very clean.My only complaint/suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen items (silverware, dishes, etc.), especially the pots and pans. They are pretty much unusable.

A wonderful property in a nice quiet cove. Everything was very good and exactly what we wanted. The boat slip fit our boat perfectly and it was so handy. I do not recommend using the local neighborhood ramp unless you have a very small fishing boat. The road to get there was terribly narrow and when people park in that lot you cannot turn around. Save some stress and just use the State Park ramps, the boat drive from there was easy and pleasant. Everything about the cottage was perfect.

Our second time staying at this cabin. Once in winter and now in summer. Both stays check in process was great, cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed fishing and swimming from the dock. There are two kayaks that we used daily. Patrick is very accommodating! Thanks again!
