Stayed Jan 15, 2026We stayed here for two nights for a weekend get away to the mountains. The host communicated clearly before, during and after our visit. Our check in and out processes were simple and clear. It’s clear that Jared takes vacation rental hosting seriously as he has excellent attention to detail with his communication, the property cleanliness and little things that make you feel welcome (mints in your pillows, etc). The view from the property is lovely as well. It took us about 20 min to drive to App Ski Mt and 10 min to drive into downtown Boone. Overall a great location. We loved it and will be back

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Had a wonderful stay at Parkway Ridge Cottage. Jarred stocked the cottage well, with everything needed for our stay, coffee, creamer, sugar, snacks, breakfast items. Well stocked bath rooms and laundry. Very quaint cottage. Would consider staying there again. Jarred the host answered all questions that i had.
