Strictly Pet-Free: To accommodate guests with severe allergies, Red Cherry Woods is a 100% pet-free property.
Occupancy & Parking: Per our Baileys Harbor permit, maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 guests (ages 12 & Up) and 2 vehicles.
Owner's Dwelling: Please note there is a second dwelling on the property that is occasionally occupied by the owner. Your privacy on the sundeck and inside the cottage is fully respected.
Property Security: For your safety and property security, a camera exteriorly monitors activity in the driveway area only.
A Warm Welcome: We are thrilled to host you! To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests respect our standard house rules (no smoking, no pets, no parties, and strict adherence to occupancy limits).
