Quintessential Beach Cottage, STEPS From The Ocean, & WE LOVE PETS!

Our host was kind and very responsive, the house is lovely and well equipped with everything we needed.

It was very nice had everything we needed was right across from a very nice beach and the neighborhood is very quiet and nice.

Wife and I stayed here for two weeks, 10/17 - 10/31. This place is one of the best places I have stayed - it's small but mighty. It's just a short walk across the road to beach access 10 (not to be confused with 10s). I can actually throw a football from the front yard onto the sand. The view from the porch is fantastic with sunrise views.I'm a yard guy and the front yard is immaculate. The deck has a grill (which we used a few times) two chairs and a full patio set with umbrella and chair pads, all clean and very sturdy - none of that rickety thin plastic stuff.The house itself is exactly as described in the listing - no surprises at all. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, the island is huge with stools tucked under, all furniture was solid and very nice. Appliances are updated and fridge has a functioning ice maker for those evening happy hours.Two full very clean bathrooms (one in the primary) on the smaller side but not uncomfortably small. This is expected with a house this size and what we anticipated. Water pressure is great in both showers - important to me.Two bedrooms are very clean and nicely furnished the master is much bigger than I thought it would be. I can't say enough good things about this place. We were so happy and comfortable here. Take my word for it, book your next stay here, you won't be disappointed.The host, Sabrina is great; very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed at this property for a quick long weekend getaway. Great property with excellent location, easy access to the beach, and everything needed. Owner is super responsive and property is very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended, and we will likely stay again.

This was our second time and once again we had an amazing week! You cannot beat the location, it’s perfect for just the 3 of us and our 2 dogs! Beach right across the street, huge outdoor shower, we grilled 4 times. Bed super comfy. Can’t wait to stay here again next year

This was our 2nd visit at this perfect cottage! Very clean and updated, we cooked dinner a few nights and had all the needed cookware, great location to nearby restaurants and the best beach access. We will definitely be returning.

We love this little house! We will be back! Approximately 100 steps to the sand. Located right across from beach access, quiet, and uncrowded. House is so nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. House is well stock with anything you might need. Just felt like home away from home. Really enjoyed being able to go right to out door shower when coming up off beach. Beautiful shower setup! I definitely recommend this home. Property mgr is so very nice and easy to communicate with. Nice little place across the street from a beach access

Jean was wonderful responding to all of my questions regarding does the house have……. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. Adorable bungalow/cottage for our holiday stay. I would definitely stay here in the future!!!

This was our second stay here. We love this little house! The property manager Jean is super nice and easy to communicate with. Everything has been thought of down to beach towels and doggie supplies. The location is perfect! We’ll be back many times!

We can't say enough how much we enjoy staying at this cottage. The proximity to the beach is awesome and we have visited this house twice now. We definitely will book again!

Super convenient to the beach and downtown activities, which is where our family spends the majority of our time in Amelia Island. Owner was excellent to deal with and the listing was accurate to what we found when we arrived. First time we were this close to the beach, and it saved us a lot of time in travel to and from each day. Excellent vacation and this location was a big part of that result!!!

The beach cottage was absolutely lovely. Directly across the street from the beach. Both bedrooms and baths were fitted with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked for 4 guests. The deck on the front of the house has very comfy chairs and a lovely table wth an umbrella. It was great sitting out there for drinks and dinner. We used the gas grill twice too. The property manager Jean was available and responsive to our needs. Since she was traveling her backup David helped us out with the TV. (Us old folks are technological challenged)!! David gave us great restaurant ideas and did not steer us wrong. The shed behind the house was filled with beach equipment. Some of the chairs were quite old but serviceable. The beach was very private for only the residents in the neighborhood so we felt like the rich and famous. We will certainly rent again in the future and tell our Ocala friends all about the beach cottage.

This was my fourth time visiting the area and my third time in this house. Loved everything about it. Had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing vacation.
