Stayed Jun 27, 2026Really liked the home. The only downside was the open shelves for dishes and the limited kitchen cupboard space. Also there was a dirty frying pan that was left on stove. Other than that everything else was perfect. There were plenty of sheets and towels.It was only 4 minutes to all the places we had on our to do list. Beach, Inflatable Park/Wicked Waves, Skull Island and the Pirate Museum. Even though we didn’t spend any time outdoors in the yard it was spacious with two sitting areas and a firepit. We also did not take advantage of the grill. The stairs to the loft were a bit steep so would not recommend for younger children.

Stayed Aug 23, 2025House was wonderful. It had everything we needed to make some meals. Kids loved the upstairs loft area with books. Karen was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025Cottage was clean and centrally located to route 28. Seagull Beach is an easy 1 mile drive from cottage. Host was wonderful and quickly responded to my many questions.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025Super comfy house in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect location for walks to the beach, not a touristy area, but crazy close to Hyannis for the food/shops/museums/boat tours. Comfortable beds, private lot and a beautiful updated bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

The main living space and outdoor space are beautiful, and the location is convenient to beaches and lots of restaurants/bars. The check-in and check-out process were simple, and the host was lovely. We'd happily stay here again!
