Quiet, Modern, Cottage

Wonderful cottage in quiet neighborhood. Everything was comfortable, clean and pleasant. Great communication with owners. This will be our go to rental when we visit Medford in the future!

The kitchen had everything I needed for preparing food. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly host, great communication. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place, very comfortable. Kitchen table sticky, crumbs on counter, fingernail clipping on duvet. I was surprised with the length of the walk I would have brought a walker or wheel chair if I had known, because my husband has had several heart attacks, so the walk was difficult for him.

The Cottage is so clean and the host is so kind.

Amazing place. Incredibly clean, with everything we needed for a week's stay. The owner's back yard, where the cottage resides, was a gardener's delight. Beauty everywhere. The cottage was large and roomy, with a full kitchen and all the utensils needed. Large and comfortable bathroom, with a huge shower area, and with washer/dryer. Very comfortable bed. Very comfortable and luxurious living room chairs. Debbie the hostess was always available and very friendly. Probably the best VRBO stay we've ever experienced. We will definitely be back.

This is a very clean, cute, well stocked cottage. Cottage describes it perfectly; it is very cozy. And also it is in an area of Medford that makes it easy to get around. Great access to Jacksonville and Ashland. Book it!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this lovely and relaxing cottage. Well decorated with a large, beautiful and handicap-accessible bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It has everything we need and the hosts, Debbie and Mark, are gracious and available to help out. They left us a bottle of wine and goodies! It's close to downtown Medford and easy to get to Ashland and elsewhere in the area. Another wonderful stay!

Went to OSF, played golf, dined out at great restaurants and generally had a wonderful time. Debbie and Mark are the best.

We used this as our base to visit National Parks: Crater Lake, Lassen and Redwoods. This is a great quiet cottage.

This was absolutely a charming cottage to stay !!!! It was fully furnished with great kitchen supplies . The garden area right outside was full of beautiful flowers and roses !!!!

The birds and the wind chimes in the garden added an atmosphere of such calm! So glad my daughter and I stayed here for our Memorial Day soccer tournament instead of a hotel. Very well appointed and comfortable bed, dark and cool for the hot days. Beautiful property in the back yard of the kind and helpful hosts.

We had a great stay in the cottage. The kitchen is well-stocked—one of the best we’ve stayed. Loved that there were even ziploc bags. It was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were great, including the love seat pullout. The towels and sheets were great quality. Just and all around great place. We would absolutely stay here again. Great communication with the host. For those that are looking, it is also wheelchair accessible, including the doorways, shower, and bathroom counter.
