Quaint cottage style home with large fenced yard.

Clean and with all necessary amenities, quiet, close to everything, easy to find, and private. Both beds were a bit uncomfy, but nothing to detract any stars over. We would stay here again for the location alone. Thanks again!

Very nice, cozy cottage. Everything one needs is there. Fenced in back yard for dogs. It’s close to lots of amenities on Market Street and a short drive to downtown. Craig is a very accommodating host. We’d certainly stay there again.

The cottage was as described, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

The cleanliness of the home was lacking. Countertops and cabinets were dirty, the floor was filthy, pet hair and bugs accumulated behind the furniture and appliances. The shower is installed improperly and the flooring surrounding the shower has been badly water damaged, thus creating soft spots. Adding larger and more absorbent rugs at the front and back doors would be helpful for keeping the floor filth at a minimum in a pet-friendly establishment.

Everything was in great condition, very clean and set up for a fun, comfortable stay. Love the fenced yard and reasonable cost. The back patio with the grill seating and lights was so enjoyable.

Very nice house & location. Just minutes from downtown Wilmington. Live Oak Pavilion is right there as well. The host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Everything was great!! The cottage is so cute and clean, it had literally everything you would need for a stay. Huge plus with beach items already being there. Far exceeded my expectations, 10/10 we would definitely stay again!

This cute place was PERFECT for my family! The fenced in backyard was AMAZING for our lil fur babies. It made our stay stress free. They even had dog dishes and bags to clean up their little messes! The house is decorated nicely and very clean! Greg was so nice and communicated every step of the way. They even have chairs and other beach supplies available. We highly recommend!!!!

Clean & conveniently located

Exactly as advertised. It was a cozy little cottage that was the perfect size for us. They supplied all the little amenities that help your stay be easy (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee bar). Enough instructions to know what to do and easy check-in procedure. Backyard, laminate flooring, and air conditioning made it an easy stay with our dog.

All was very good. One thing that needs to be looked at are loose boards on the privacy fence.

We came to the area to visit family. The cottage was very clean! Very quiet street. Perfect for our visit! Did I say clean… very clean!! Close to everything we needed!

This quaint cottage was the perfect stay for us with everything we needed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNCW- combined with a short vacation in Wilmy. The host is extremely professional and helpful meeting any need or question that came up for us. Super convenient to campus, shops, restaurants, breweries, and the beach!

It is exactly as described, situated on a quiet street of 11 homes. Very close to main streets, less than 10 minutes from downtown and the river. Many restaurants within 5/10 minutes. We really liked Ciana, very close by. Easy to communicate with Craig, the owner. We were there for 4 weeks.

Had a lovely long weekend with our son, he was less than 5 minutes away. Was perfect for a quick visit and suited our needs perfectly.

We loved our pre-holiday stay in this beautiful cute house. Everything was very clean. All amenities were well supplied which was very nice! We ran the towels and dishwasher before leaving. The backyard was perfect for our pup to roam freely but here was no dog bed or carpet, and with pup not allowed on furniture he had some anexiety until he found the tiny bath mat. Lol. This home was perfect for our visit and we are very happy with this perfect tiny house.

This little cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Most everything we needed was provided, including cleaning products so we could clean up after ourselves. The beds were comfy. Great shower. I appreciated that the cleaning fee was fair and reasonable. So many other listings make outrageous money on this cleaning fee. Nice fenced in yard.

The property was exactly what my son and I needed. Easy to book. Exactly what was advertised. Very prompt response to booking and all follow up communication. Great location for quick food, shopping, even a quick beach visit. I will select that location each time I visit Wilmington area.

The house was perfect for our family visit to Wilmington. We had our dog with us and the house was just as advertised. We loved the fenced in backyard and the deck. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our stay. It was exactly what we wanted.

Had a great stay with our two dogs, the yard is great and having a very tall fence was important for us. Location also great, 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and about 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, 10/10 would stay again!

This house was so cute. Very clean and the host put all the right touches to make your stay perfect. From leaving coffee and condiments to beach stuff. Beds were comfortable. They even left games and cards. I would say the nicest Vrbo I stayed at. Will definitely come again and told other family to stay when visiting.

The property not in very good neighborhood. We came home one evening to a police car sitting in front of the house.The property was lacking in overall cleanliness. Had to buy toilet paper and laindry soap to was towels Hous

It was very welcoming and pretty both on the inside and the outside. It was so thoughtful to have all the little essentials and extras such as paper goods books, games, puzzles, and toiletries. We loved the back deck with its grill and decorative lights, and stately trees. Also the doggie bowl and doodoo bags were great to have for our dog. The house was comfortable and nice to come back to after being out exploring the city and spending time with family. We would definitely stay there again.

We were moving our grandson to college. The proximity was great. Only issue was check in. There was some confusion with the key pad lock but the property owner was easy to work with to be compensated. Thank you.

It's clean and has everything we need for 5 days stay. Craig responded in time whenever we had questions. Asian restaurants like indochine, phobasil and genki in this area are amazing!

This cottage was absolutely the perfect place for our family! The location was centrally located to literally everything, shops, downtown, campus and the beach all within 10-15 mins. It was beautifully decorated and very clean! All the little details were thought of and provided! We will definitely ccheck out this property for future visits! My favorite parts of the house were the shower and back yard! 😊

The house was the perfect size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to everything in Wilmington (downtown, beach) and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a good size for our dogs to run around in. Overall we really enjoyed.

Amazing, clean property in a good location of Wilmington. My wife and I stayed here and everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Sizable yard if traveling with pets as well. We highly enjoyed our stay.

Host is very responsive, he even was accommodating when we left a day early due to bad burns and a sick child. Wonderful stay and cute cottage.
