Quaint, Clean Cottage with Breathtaking Sunset Views

Well equipped clean cottage on a nice quiet no-wake lake, complete with kayaks, paddle board, and fishing boat. Highly recommended!

Great lake for pan fish

If you forgot something, they had it! Excellent fishing! Very quiet and relaxing. Left a nice treat, all the fixings for s’mores. Very impressed, We will definitely be back!

This was our first time renting a lakehouse. Carrie made it an easy process. Everything was orderly and clean. Pros: 3 kayaks, 1 canoe for guest use Shallow lake, safe for kids PFD's, fishing gear were available for us Outdoor dining table on deck was great for outdoor meals 2 bedrooms were comfortable Campfire area with a bench IGA and gas station were 15 minutes away Fishing was awesome one hour before sunset Cons: Sofa bed was a bit lumpy Mobile reception was really spotty Highly recommend this property. We felt safe because there were no speed boats on the water. The lake was quite shallow (1-3 feet, 6-7 feet the deepest parts). There were no pets in the neighborhood which made it very quiet and peaceful. The homes were located on one side of the lake, so your view was quite nice. Towels, utensils, and condiments were provided. Lots of cookware and dishware in the kitchen. The stove is gas, powered with propane. There is a pizza oven which made cooking our pizza very easy.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this perfect little cottage. From the awesome fishing, beautiful sunsets, and the quiet bonfires at night! Our kids, (7 & 10) enjoyed catching “the biggest fish of their lives” right off the dock! To my 7 year old’s defense, a 20 inch northern is a big fish to catch! The owners are amazing to work with, they answered all of our questions and were available anytime we needed something. You won’t need much, as they provide almost everything you’d need! We would rent here again, and are already considering putting in a request for next summer. Perfect getaway for families looking to escape for a few days and relax! We had a wonderful time! The cabin was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the deck and it’s great view of the lake. The fishing was good no matter what time we were out there. The lake was peaceful and quiet. The kids enjoyed their freedom of having the kids cabin to play in.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this cottage! Our 9 year old ran down to the dock each morning to fish on his own while we prepared breakfast on the deck. The lake was calm and quite enough that our newly 7 year old took the kayak out for her first solo paddle! Our 11 year old enjoyed retreating to the treehouse and we all enjoyed our time to slow down and take in nature and each other!

This cozy lake cottage was perfect for our family getaway. Fishing off the dock and s'mores by the campfire were some of our favorite activities. The lake views and sunsets were beautiful and we were sad to have to leave them behind. There was an unexpected issue with the well pump during our stay but the property owners were accommodating and handled it great! We would recommend this property to family and friends.

Great family get away. Kid friendly. Our whole family enjoyed the time on the lake. Very clean and easy to get to also. Definitely will be renting again.
