Providence Carriage in Rosemary Beach, Fully Renovated, 3rd tier from gulf with gulf view

Amazing location and the carriage house was perfect for our family of 4. They have lots to make your stay comfortable with kids: ocean themed toys and books in the downstairs bedroom, a pack & play, highchair, kids plates/cups/utensils. The kitchen also has basic cooking needs. One frustrating part of our stay was a broken oven; the property manager was initially engaged and communicative, but even after I followed up multiple times, it was not fixed during our stay. Overall, I enjoyed the carriage house and would stay again, assuming clearer understanding of what does/doesn’t work in the house.

Clean and as described. Garage was shared and was a little noisy when the garage door opened and closed given it carriage house is above it but over all not too much of an impact on the stay.

Very comfortable and a fun trip over Thanksgiving. We love Rosemary and being so close to the water and to town made this house so perfect.

Excellent location. In the heart of everything. Loved the unit - cute, comfy, lots of amenities, etc. Perfect for the 4 of us even with two be adult children. A couple of things to know - this unit shares a gaffe with another unit and the garage is underneath this unit. We did not realize this so when we heard a loud grinding. Noise it took us a second to realize it was the garage door opening. Also, one day, the other tenets took all the beach chairs. Lastly, the cooking pans in the unit were in pretty bad shape with the Teflon peeling off.

This carriage house was a perfect size for our small family of three and we couldn’t love the location more! Steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend for a small family or couple wanting to travel to this beautiful area!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it! And we plan to come back again in the future, hopefully next year. You simply cannot beat the location of this property. It is located steps away from the walkover to the beach, Main St., the Pearl Hotel, the green, and numerous restaurants and shops. The location is so good, you really do not need to rent bikes. But we always rent bikes during our stay so that we can explore the rest of Rosemary and the surrounding beach towns. You can rent bikes and bike trailers through the rental company at a reasonable cost, and the bikes will be there when you arrive! Not only is the location amazing, but the property itself is perfect for a family with children. This year, our children are 4.5 and 21 months old. Our son LOVES the precious bunk room. The home is well equipped for children of all ages, including the really little ones. The property has a pack-n-play, high chair, bib, children utensils, books (mostly beach themed), Duplo legos, blocks, puzzles, and games. They also have beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Our children were well entertained, both inside and outside of the property. They also had a soft sided gate that you can clip to the bottom of the spiral staircase to keep little ones off the stairs, which we highly recommend using!We love that we found this gem in Rosemary beach. We are as a family of four and still enjoy Rosemary beach in a home! We can't wait to come back!

We had a great long weekend, the property is just as described. The location is right in the heart of Rosemary beach and steps away from the beach entrance.

We loved our stay, it was perfect. The carriage hosue was lovely, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants couldn’t be any better. We’ll definitely stay here again.
