Private Pool! Easy Beach Access!

This home was perfect for our needs. We spent 7 nights here. It is well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. There was a problem with the lower level AC. Some days it was cool, others very hot down there. We didn’t use it for guest so it was just a pass through for the pool. It is very private and peaceful. The o my thing I wish it had but doesn’t is a covered or screened porch up stairs so you could sit outside. There isn’t anywhere to get out of the sun and relax.

This was our second time staying at Feelin' Froggy. It was as lovely as the first time. The issue with the pool from last year was fixed. The property itself is private and lush. The landscaping is beautiful. We saw 4 armadillos, rescued a lost turtle and saw a bald eagle all on the property! And we saw Air Force jets do fly overs a few times during our stay too! My husband gets practically eaten alive by the no-see-ums no matter what he does. That is of no fault of the property but it is an uncomfortable thing he deals with when in the area. We have been to the Forgotten Coast for many vacations and love the solitude of it. Now that our kids are approaching the end of high school and soon to be moving into the next phase of their lives I'm not sure when we will be able to come back to the area. I am so thankful for the times we have had here as a family. Thanks Feelin' Froggy and Toni. [Only thing needed is a dust pan]

Very cute house, loved the frog scavenger hunt.

Great property, perfect location, very relaxing. Just a quick walk to beach. Neighborhood was very quiet. Pool area was very relaxing as well as sitting on the front deck listening to the pond and viewing the birdlife. I’ll be back!

This house is AMAZING! The listing does not do it justice! It is located close to everything but you have so much privacy on this lot. The house is very up to date and CLEAN! We loved the pool and outside area! Definitely will be booking again!

Nice and very comfortable accommodation. The only downside is we booked this house for the pool since we are not ocean swimmers. The water level in the pool was so low that it didn’t even reach the skimmer baskets. This cause an accumulation of debris to just circulate on the surface of the water. The lower pool outlets were clogged with debris. When I inquired with property management I was told the pool was serviced twice a week, the last visit being Wednesday. If they knew someone was checking in Friday, they should have the pool clean and water level adequate. Property management dismissed my concerns.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Nicely decorated. It should be noted [ as it could be a concern for some ] the downstairs bedroom and bathroom isnt connected with internal stairs... you do have to go outside to access the downstairs. It worked out great for the adults. We gave the upstairs to our teenagers to have their space in the evenings while we hung out downstairs and played cards and board games. Its almost like an apartment with an extra refrigerator [which came in handy with all of our groceries]. The name of the house is Feelin Froggy for a reason which we heard the chaotic symphony the first night! It was so loud! You cant hear it in the house though. We truly enjoyed our time here. We have already booked for next year!
