Stayed Jul 26, 2025Very nice home away from home! Check-in was smooth and easy. Kitchen has everything you need - just add food! Living room is extra large with seating for a very big family. Pools, beach, dining, shopping are truly minutes away! We loved this home and will definitely return!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024Southside Charmer is accurate description. House is amazing. Each bedroom has its own bath, wrap around porch has seating for 10+, upstairs living and kitchen are well furnished and high end. But best thing is location, location, location. House is easy 3 minute walk to beach and 5 minute to Rosemary town center.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This house is gorgeous and is located in a great proximity to the beach and Rosemary shopping and dining. The kitchen area and family room are spacious. The awesome wrap around porch with a lot of comfy seating is a definite bonus. My family loved the house and would stay here again.
