Great property and great host!!! Had a great time and would definitely recommend for large family get togethers.

The location and amenities at the home are as good as it gets. Literally feet aways from the water with kayaks, paddleboards, lily pad, etc, etc. Really amazing. 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. Perfect spot. The bedrooms are upstairs if that matters, but the place is amazing. Would stay here anytime we would come back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO property in Wainfleet. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the care put into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Firstly, the location was ideal. Tucked away in a serene neighborhood, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. We were able to easily access all the attractions and amenities of Niagara while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The property itself was absolutely stunning. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could ask for. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our group to relax and unwind, and we particularly enjoyed gathering in the cozy living area and viewing the total solar eclipse with the fire pit going and the lake in the background. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The private patio overlooking the lake were beautifully landscaped, and we loved spending time lounging in the sunshine and taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. Additionally, the hosts were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing us with helpful recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their hospitality went above and beyond our expectations and added an extra layer of warmth to our experience.

Upon arrival, we questioned if the cleaning staff had come because we could see bits of dirt on the dark hardwood floors. Apparently the vacuum was not working well. Other spots turned out to be paint drips. There was a dead plant sitting in dirt in a pot in the kitchen that should have been pitched.There were 12 in our group and we could not find enough towels. After contacting the manager, towels were delivered later in the evening, but still not enough face cloths or any dish towels or dish cloths. Towels were old and not matching. Bedding was in poor condition as well. Glass shelves in kitchen had a film of dust on them. Food from previous guests had to be moved and cupboard washed to make way for our food. A dirty cookie sheet had been left in the oven. Window in bathroom had paper jammed into a crack. The exterior had the appearance of neglect with weeds and grass growing between the stones. Some of the stones teetered when you walked on them. Smoke detectors in the guest house were not hooked up. We did have to contact the manager because the water in the hot tub was green. What should have been a garden was a pile of dirt with the wheelbarrow upturned on it in front of the guest house. We were unable to get hot water in the shower in the guest house. This is a spacious place with a beautiful view of the lake, but certainly not a luxury cottage as billed.

Plenty of space for all 15 of us. Nice to have a full guest house. We were all able to sit and socialize in one room and the dining room table is awesome. The beds are comfortable. We were a little confused by no blinds in the bathrooms. It is so serene to be able to sit facing the lake through the plate glass window, Weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get to use outside amenities. They looked like fun! Well stocked. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It was a great 4 days.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was very nice, adequate amount of space and things to do. The lake view was beautiful and peaceful. Great place to entertain with a group of friends, or a large family. Especially having a guest house. The only hiccup which was addressed, was the hot tub. The fire pit would have been nice but there was a fire ban in affect sadly. Hosts were very kind and reliable and we cannot wait to return for a future trip. Thanks again!

We had a beautiful stay at this house. The lake views are amazing, the hot tub was wonderful and the beds are super comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. It was well stocked with everything you might need including toilet paper, garbage, bags, paper, towels, dishes, and pots, and pans. We definitely will be back!

The overall stay was amazing! The host is very accommodating and on point with the communication. The location is beautiful at such a close distance from Toronto. Definitely will plan again.

Communication woth the power was easy and the whole renting exoerience was smooth. The property is beautiful amd upscale but also very welcoming for young children. The kitchen has ample dishes for everyone, and the guest house is great for extra sleeping and also provides another space for gathering. Our musical family were able to do enjoy sight reading string quartet, quintet etc. In this space. .

Amazing property with amazing lake views! The cottage was spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had a wonderful weekend!
