Stayed Jun 15, 2025I travelled to Eleuthera alone for a week in June, 2025. Communication before my arrival was fantastic - the owners always immediately responded to my questions and the check-in procedure was flawless. The property grounds were absolutely beautiful. There is private parking on the property grounds as well.The junior cottage is perfect for solo travelers. The photos show exactly what the interior and exterior looks like.I had a mishap on my first day and when I called the owners, Patrick and Charmaine, for assistance, Charmaine came to help me right away. Not only did Charmaine stay with me until the issue was resolved, but she and Patrick both treated me as family. Charmaine checked in with me later in the day to make sure I was OK. Being alone in a foreign country for the first time was a bit intimidating, but Patrick and Charmaine made it feel like home-away-from-home.I would highly recommend the properties at Squires Estate. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025This cottage was the perfect place! It had everything you would need for a short vacation- fridge to keep our wine and beer cool, beach chairs/towels to take to the most beautiful beach (5 minute drive/15 min walk), and a very comfortable bed. The nearby restaurants were lovely and we enjoyed a walk around the beautiful town every day. Don't miss the fish fry on Friday nights!
