Very clean. Oh so comfortable bedding and bath linens. Well appointed kitchen, household items and bathroom toiletries. Super responsive and kind hostess. Decoratively pleasing. Perfect for two adult couples. Easy walk to downtown. We hope to be back soon!

There was great communication with the host. When my friend and I arrived at 10:00 pm the cottage had not been cleaned from the last guest. It was inconvenient and my daughter and sister had to make the beds. The dishwasher was full. The trash bags were not replaced, etc... They sent out the cleaning crew the next day when I called the host.It was inconvenient for us.They offered a full refund. That was not necessary, because they made it right immediately.This was one of those things that can happen. The cottage is in a perfect location. It was really cute and had everything you could need. Again the host were great. Would I stay there again, absolutely!

Beautiful stylish, comfortable apartment, quick, walk to town. Enjoyed the quality of the neighborhood and the access to downtown Nantucket. The cottage was clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and had high-quality bedding and linens. Very tastefully decorated. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to every request large and small. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for walking our dog to town and around the beautiful neighbourhood. Very quiet lane near a lovely nature reserve filled with iris and Red Wing Blackbirds.The cottage had everything we needed and was very pretty and comfortable.

Stephanie was easy to communicate with before our stay. Check in was a breeze and house was very clean. Easy walk to town with restaurants and shopping. They had all the amenities you would need. Highly recommend.

This was our 1st trip to Nantucket. We came for the Daffodils Festival W/E and stayed a couple of extra nights. This was a a very nice house in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood about 1/2 mile from central downtown. The house was clean and well appointed. We would most certainly return.

Nicely away from traffic but within walking distance to town. Fully equiped and pleasantly stocked with normal items, sugar spices oil etc. so that one can cook a meal or two without having to buy all these things....

Great location close to town, very walkable. Nice home for 2 couples with own private spaces. We only wish we had more time there. Host sent all directions well ahead of time and expectations were clear. Wonderful time!

Stefanie & Brian have an amazing spot and you won’t regret staying here! The house has everything you could need, dog friendly and super close to town. If you’re bringing a car, it’s a great quiet street which makes pulling out a breeze. Hope to stay again!

Adorable and comfortable cottage with everything you need for a great Nantucket adventure. Owners are very responsive and accommodating and we felt right at home from the moment we dropped our bags at the door. Easy access to downtown and Jetties beach.

Second time staying at Stefanie’s home, and we had the best time!! The rental was very clean, close to town, and on a perfect little private street. The check in process was easy, and Stefanie was always quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

Incredible home and we will be back! Stayed here with two couples in total, as well as a dog, and everything was perfect. The property was so cute and exactly as described online. The host was so easy to work with and even helped with early check in.
