Pet Friendly - Close to Berlin, Assateague Island Parks and Ocean City Beaches.

Very nice location, great that you can bring your pups.

We were very pleased with the property. It was everything as described in the the pictures. Clean, the furniture was in good shape, nothing old and shabby. Nice size yard for the dog. Out of town but yet close enough to all shops and parks. The bathroom is a bit small but clean and modern.

This lodging deserves a 5 star in terms of location - very close to Berlin town center and assateague parks . Very clean and host was very responsive . Had most of what you need in terms of appliances and facilities .

The property was as described! Very clean and comfortable! Excellent contact with host! Located within 10 minutes of Assateague National Seashore, as well as the State Park, making it easy to drive over and watch the ponies! We were blessed to get to see 3 of the newborns on this trip, an amazing experience! This cottage is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and has a nice yard for dog to enjoy! Sits at the corner of a main road and side street, the side street was not busy, and is not a thru street, so it was nice to walk the dog on as well! It is also located less than 10 minutes to the nearest Dunkin, as well as other dining options! We give it 5 stars and so does our dog!

Everything is close by and easy to get around . Plenty of parking, host responds very quickly when needed.

This small house is very conveniently located close to Berlin. I’ve stayed here several times and it is always clean. There was a problem with the well but communication was great and everything taken care of quickly. Will be staying here again.

The location was perfect for me being close to Downtown Berlin & the State and National beaches. I will definitely rent this location again.

Deb is great. She communicates well and is a good host. I would stay on her properties again. We did not stay in this house, but next door so I cannot comment on the property. The location was perfect for us.

On a fairly busy road, and still very quiet!

House was clean ready for us to begin our stay. First time staying in Berlin and we all enjoyed it. Communication with owner was fantastic. Responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend this property. Being dog friendly was also a bonus!

We have stayed here every summer for a few years now and always have an excellent stay! The house is clean and well maintained. Communication with the owners is easy and responsive if needed. We love the quiet area but still close to the beaches. And able to bring our 4 legged kids with us is a major plus!

This house is cute and cozy. Just what we needed for our vacation. Very clean. Close to everything. It had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back next year.

Place feels nice and secure everything is kept organized and looks maintained the shower felt great too!

Met all our needs and expectations

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and have enjoyed both visits. Communication with the host was easy.

We were very happy to find a reasonably priced rental so close to Assateague National Seashore and so central to many other parks we visited in the Maryland/Delaware/Virginia area. We would consider staying here again, although we hope next time a little more attention to detail was made for cleaning between guests. There was some hair and dust along the bed frame that was a little off-putting. As dog people, we get it (and were thankful there was a vacuum to clean up our border collie’s hair as best as we could), so it’s not the end of the world.

The location of this property is good. It is conveniently located near everything. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are good. The laundry set came in handy. PLEASE be advised that it is in a cluster of houses, while the pictures make it seem more isolated. We were EXTREMELY surprised to find that we had to make our own beds upon arrival after a long day of travel. I have NEVER had to make my own bed on vacation. In addition, the pillows were flat, the comforter was thin, there were no additional linens provided (we had to go out that night and purchase additional blankets to use), and the beds are FULL SIZE. NOWHERE in the listing is this mentioned. Additionally we had to do more cleaning prior to departure, which included stripping bed sheets and placing them in laundry bags. This seemed a bit much, considering we paid a cleaning fee. We reached out to the owner to address some of the issues, and we received an unsatisfactory response and then nothing. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation at a reputable rental. If I wanted to do housework, I would have stayed home.
