This awesome 2 BR / 1 BA cottage on the shores of Lake Manistee in the heart of Kalkaska county's finest recreation. Great boating, fishing and recreation on the lake or minutes from state land for hunting, miles and miles of ATV and snowmobile trails, and a short drive to the legendary Manistee or AuSable Rivers. Only 20 minutes to Kalkaska or Grayling and about 35 minutes to Traverse City. Dogs (2) allowed under 50 lbs, see rules.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Did not receive lock code to get into the cottage, but communication with host quickly resolved that. Cottage was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Great supply of dishes, pans, spices, and towels. On a quiet street-great for walks. The dock was perfect for our boat. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Property is as described. Has basics that you would need for cooking, towels, utensils. We had a great time using it a a basecamp to shop in Traverse City and Petoskey. We would return to stay right there and not leave the property another time.
