Pristine inside and out. Quality furniture, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great AC, absolutely beautiful and relaxing views. It was a little too cold to use the kayaks but would have been very easy to launch from the property. We thought the gentle slope would mean that my husband might be able to fish from the bank but it’s still rocky enough and he’s wobbly enough that it didn’t work out. This lake does not have fishing docks that we could find but there is a campground with boat ramp just across the cove and also a marina not too far away if you want to rent. The lake view is even better than pictures portray. Checkout procedures were reasonable.

My family had 4 wonderful nights at this beautiful lake house. The home is thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, with high-quality touches throughout. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed—dishwasher pods, lake towels, firewood for the fire pit, and so many other thoughtful extras. It was clear the hosts put genuine care into making guests feel at home.The house was spotlessly clean, and the views from the deck and living areas were absolutely stunning!The home offers four bedrooms, with three located downstairs, along with a bathroom and laundry. The upstairs bedroom is most convenient if you have less mobile guests. They can avoid the stairs and have easy access to the bathroom, kitchen/living area on the same level. We spent our days kayaking (4 kayaks and life vests provided), sipping morning coffee on the deck, playing family games with the breathtaking view as our backdrop, and gathering around the fire pit for meals and s’mores in the evenings. The property feels wonderfully private despite having neighbors nearby.We were pleasantly surprised by how warm the water was in mid-May! Even with daytime highs in the 60s/low 70s and occasional rain, the kids swam every day and had a blast. The weather certainly didn’t dampen our spirits—we made beautiful family memories that we’ll cherish for years.We highly recommend this lake house and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Perfect location, amazing views, doesn’t get much better

Once again it did not disappoint. This place is amazing. Everything you need and then some. Right on the water. Loved waking up to the view. Bill is the best on returning your text if you have questions. I can't brag on it enough. This is the place to stay. Thank you for another great time. We will be back!

Wow! The view of Braver Lake is fantastic. We enjoyed a girls’ trip in this lovely, well-equipped home. The parking space is ample, but you might need 4-wheel drive getting out. There is space at the top of the driveway that’s easy to manage. Kayaks, fire pit, spacious deck helped us enjoy the beautiful spring weather. About a 45 minute drive to Bentonville for Crystal Bridges and The Momentary!

Easily one of the best rentals we have stayed in…lovely, clean, well-stocked. We enjoyed the lake views and the beach. Driveway is very steep and we cooked in most nights due to being farther out from towns. But the stay was great and we hope to come back someday!

Lovely property, great views, direct lake access, so peaceful. Very remote- bring all supplies you will need for your stay and don’t plan to eat out.

Beautiful lake view! House is directly on the lake. Lots of great hiking nearby! The host was easy to communicate with and very kind. Property was well maintained. We had a wonderful time. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a comfortable home with beautiful lake view.

I was very impressed by the preparation the hosts provided for my stay. The welcome tray was so nice with water, chocolate, wine. The entire home was super clean and the furniture was so cozy and comfortable along with the beds. Of course, the view was amazing and a few short steps to the waters edge was so nice, even in the snow. Plenty of dishes and utensils were provided along with plenty of coffee. Thank you for a lovely stay.

House is situated right on the lake. The views from inside and outside are gorgeous. Was such a beautiful location to sit and relax. It’s a steep and curvy drive to get to the house. Will take a good 15 mins to just get from the main road to the house so we only left or came back during daylight. House is cozy and stocked with everything you need. Host super responsive and helpful. Downstairs is cold in the winter because of the big windows, a fire was nice down there. Try to park at the top of the gravel driveway because the gravel is steep and hard to get out of. Little challenging for unloading. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

The hosts answered questions quickly and were friendly and accommodating. The home was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the lake. I would recommend.

This was the best week we have had in a while. The view alone was 5Stars, just spectacular! We cooked many meals during the week and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and stargazing. We didn’t think we were going to get on the water because the boat rentals were closed for the season but we used the kayaks and got our fishing in! My son caught a large stripped bass. It made his day!!! All around a great time. Bill was so easy to contact and he responded so quickly. We had no issues. We will definitely stay here again.

We are friends that get together every year. We had a wonderful time exploring NW Arkansas and Branson. The Cottage was perfect with a spectacular view and so much space for all of us. Even though our weather was hit and miss it was still lovely. I plan to come back in the summertime when we can enjoy exploring the lake by boat. You won’t be disappointed booking this beautiful Cottage on the lake

Sounds crazy but we were impressed by all the extra amenities that were there . Things that one would typically have to bring with or go buy at the store. Very impressive and quite helpful by not having to make extra trips to the store which gave us more time to enjoy the property.

House was great. Driveway and parking was a challenge.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Everything you could want and more. The kitchen has top notch appliances and every window has a beautiful view of the lake. I loved watching all the deer, rabbits, squirrels and birds. Bill and Jen are wonderful hosts. If you ever get to Beaver Lake this is the place to stay.

An absolutely amazing view!

We stayed for 5 nights in mid-August. The house was lovely, extremely comfortable and exactly as advertised. We were so happy playing in the crystal clear lake all day, that we only left the house once for a fun day trip to adorable Eureka Springs. Try to stock up on your way to the house so that you won’t have to make a lot of trips.

We had an excellent stay at this property and enjoyed the house, as well as the lake! We were impressed by all of the offerings the house had for use in the water, as well as utensils and kitchen items available to visitors. We typically tend to pack a lot of extra items that may be needed for a comfortable stay, but I would recommend getting to the house and assessing what is available before buying additional items :) beautiful and comfortable house, and lovely property. My husband, dog and I stayed here for my birthday week. It was wonderful. We loved playing in the beautiful clear lake and having a nice deck to come back to for having lunch or dinner before going back to the water. The house has all the amenities you could need for a stay. They had plenty of spices to cook with, ziploc bags, foil, wax paper, cling wrap, and lots of plates, cups, silverware and utensils for cooking. The house is very cute and set up for larger groups if you have them. We stayed during a time of meteor showers and it was amazing being able to sit on the deck in the dark and see so many stars and meteors! Lastly, the beautiful sunrises, sunsets and amount of wildlife we saw during our stay was worth every penny!

This location was as promised, absolutely peaceful & wonderful! We hope to come back.

We especially loved the openness of this lake home with stunning views! We appreciated having the kayaks for early morning peace and beauty on the lake. We really enjoyed this waterfront property. The unobstructed view of the lake was very relaxing, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was clean and comfortable.

Amazing view and a very lovely place.

We have stayed at 6 different properties on Beaver Lake and we are all in agreement that this is our new number 1! The view and proximity to the water cannot be beat! The lake was high during our stay so most of the private beach area was submerged but it really had little effect on our experience. The owners provided kayaks, chairs, a Lilly pad, rafts, and more! We enjoyed fires in the fire pit twice. Check in and communication was easy peasy. Beds were comfortable other than the primary room, which was a little hard. The TV was kinda difficult to work but really, who needs a tv when you have a view like that! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, even had a cheese grader. It was a perfect vacation for our group of 6 adults!

Great experience with friends and family. Will definitely be back next year.

Our stay was great! We had 6 adults from a Friday-Sunday. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils/appliances. The home was very clean and had plenty of space to hang out with friends and also have alone space. There is a lot of outdoor areas with beautiful lake views. The kayaks were easy to access and get in/out of the water. The area the house is in seemed relatively quiet-a handful of boats and a few jet skis but it was definitely not a wild boating area which was perfect.

Great views and easy access to lake! The properly is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck (nice chairs to relax ) and fire pit. My son and granddaughter loved the kayaks.

The property was everything we thought it would be and more. The owners paid attention to all detail (minor and major), it was very clean, and the views, especially in the morning, were outstanding. Wish we could have spent a few more days there. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect & absolutely amazing! It was immaculate & had everything we needed & then some. The view was spectacular. It really is just steps from the lake. Having the kayaks to use was awesome I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay & would love to go back sometime.

This property was perfect for a girlfriend weekend getaway. Plenty of toiletries and even a few bottled waters and a bottle of wine awaited us. The house is absolutely adorable and was very clean. Would be great for friends or to take your family. We loved the kayaks and the amazing lake view. Mornings and evenings on the deck in May were perfection.

Views of lake were 2nd to none! Exactly like photos, water crystal clear, kayaks tons of fun, main level king size bed was very comfortable, we plan to try and book for the fall, many yummy restaurants in Rogers about 35 minutes....and thanks for the card wishing us Happy Anniversary with wine, roses and chocolate's....could not have asked for a better place and beautiful setting under 5 hours

This property was so beautiful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable home and had all the supplies one could ask for. You never know what the house will have for you. They thought of everything, enough toilet paper, fire wood, seasoning, coffee pods and more. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely stay here again. We only had three people but it would have for a another family too comfortably.

This is one of the cutest houses I’ve booked on VRBO. As cute as the pictures are, it is better in person. There were beautiful fresh flowers we could smell as soon as we came in along with water bottles, candy and a bottle of wine. It is fully stocked with anything and everything you’d need in the kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, they’ve thought of everything! Our college aged daughter and her friends used the downstairs and loved it. There are 2 refrigerators, we only used the upstairs one but having one downstairs also is nice. We all used and enjoyed the fire pit. The views from the entire front of the house are of the gorgeous lake. The owners were quick to respond when I had questions. I would book this house again in a heartbeat the next time we plan to be in the area.

This house is very beautiful right on the lake with big windows to take in the view even on the bad weather days. This is probably one of the best equipped houses we have stayed at. Only watchout is for little kids and elderly the stairs are very steep and shallow. We will stay here again in the future. We loved it.

One of the best vacation locations I have been to in 5 years. All good surprises and zero letdowns.The lake,cabin,wildlife and charm of this location is truly an incredible experience. We plan on visiting this location in the summer.

Could not be happier with the house and everything provided. The steps are a little tricky for older folks. There is a sign making you aware of them. We were careful and didn’t have any problems. Beautiful house and everything was there that we needed.

We loved our short getaway! We had came from doing some trout fishing at Bennett Springs and arrived to find a very clean beautiful house on the lake and a welcome tray with wine, waters and some sweets. We even saw a few deer several times! We went antiquing and to eat in Roger’s a couple of times and drove to the Beaver Dam and walked on the beach area there. We also, drove through the Eureka Springs area. We did enjoy sitting outside and chilling ant sunsets and listening to the water. Pathway to beach area a little steep and the inside stairs to the lower level were steep but we got used to them and managed okay. Lower level shower is amazing! We slept well and had a great trip.
