Stayed Mar 2, 2024If you love nature, and enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Isabel is a wonderful host and provides great tips and suggestions for visiting the local area. Not far from the wonderful beaches and local restaurants. The accommodation is very spacious and authentic, we loved our stay there.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023This is a beautiful house, with all the amenities you could need and little extras that make the stay wonderful. On the outside, you have peaceful and beautiful gardens and you are only 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Alentejo. Zambujiera itself has everything you might need from a holiday village. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. We were very happy

Stayed Aug 20, 2023Isabel and her daughter are very nice hosts and very uncomplicated. It is a really nice house and garden with comfortable space to store everything. Located in the middle of nowhere, so that you always need to go by car, but beautiful beaches are just a few car minutes away.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained, the beaches and village are close by but you would struggle without a car. The hosts were so friendly and obliging but maintained their distance to allow for peace and quiet. After a day at the beach the outside BBQ is always a plus for cooking .. to be washed down with some local beverages ! We would recommend this property highly.

Stayed Jul 15, 2018We stayed with our two kids (12 and 15) for nearly two weeks at Isabels charming house. And we enjoyed the stay very much. Isabel and her daughter had been very nice and helpful and supported us whenever needed. The house is equipped with everything you might need and has a very good standard. The garden around the house is lovely to relax and just let the time go by. The domicile is very close to different wonderful beaches (5 to 10 minutes by car). And Zambujera do Mar is absolutely worth visiting it. Do not miss the unique Paderia in the morning (wondeful bread and buns).

Stayed Mar 30, 2018We had a lovely stay at Isabelle Otero's lovely garden villa. We had been on a hectic European trip and wanted to have some peace and quiet for a few days. This is exactly what we found at Isabelle's lovely cottage. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Although it was just mid March when we were there, early flowers were already blooming and birds were chirping. The town and the beach are a short drive away and there are nice walkways nearby for an evening walk.

Stayed Sep 2, 2017A perfect place to relax: quiet and pretty, but very close to the village and the coast. Several wonderful beaches nearby, great restaurants in the village. And Isabel is a lovely host!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969we have had a wonderful week in your nice cottage, well equipped and stylish. The beds are very good and the place is so silent! You only hear birds! The garden is very nice too, with beautiful flowers and trees. The Atlantic Coast with stunning beaches is nearby, only 10 minutes by car on gravel roads. Isabel and Madelon, thank you very much for everything and give a hug to Coffee! Greetings from Amsterdam. Roland,Annemarie, Rob,Sjoukje

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything you could ask for in a place to stay. Lovely clean house and very comfortable. Had a woodburning stove for chillier nights and lots of TV channels. The bed was very comfortable and woke to birdsong outside. The house had its own private, peaceful garden with sunloungers and outdoor seating for meals in the sunshine. There was also a grill/BBQ. Beautiful beaches nearby with stunning coastline and great supermarket in the nearby town. The owner Isabel, has created her own piece of paradise in this amazing corner of Portugal, and we are so happy she so kindly shared it with us. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend. Thank you, Isabel!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed one week in 'casa da palmeira' at 'Monte das buganvilias'. Very clean, cosy and very tasteful. Good heating for the Winter nights. Isabel, the host, took very well care of us. We could use the bicycles to visit this magnificent coast. For who likes to stay in a quiet environment close to the beaches with no mass tourism and a lot of nature. This was our first experience at the Costa Vicentina, but for shore not the last one.
