Great little place, very quiet. Ideal for what we were after.

We appreciated being able to self checkin until we got settled and then really enjoyed meeting the hosts the following day. The bed was very comfortable and the rural location beautifully private and peaceful and yet just minutes from everything.

The host were very welcoming. The amenities are clean.

Could do with a heat pump for the air conditioning

Nice wee place, very quiet. Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working so couldn't do some work.

Stand-alone cottage on property a mile from downtown. Wonderful privacy.

We had a lovely weekend in Havelock North. Appreciated being able to bring our small dog with us! The bnb was clean and cosy and set on the owners lovely garden. It did get quite hot in the Hawkes Bay summer sun! We bought a fan but even this wasnt enough!

The property is easy to find and in a pleasant area near Havelock North. The property was clean and comfortable. If you intend staying more than two night note there is nowhere to hang clothes. We would stay there again.

Nice location

Great location… peaceful and surrounded by a stunning garden! Very clean and although small, every cat ideation for a comfortable stay was there.

Great accommodation and would recommend

Being down a quiet no exit road meant it was a very peaceful rural location but still close to havelock north centre. The place is very compact but has all the basics covered and is very well maintained.

A great place to stay. Tidy and clean, with all amenities. Very quiet. Very handy to Havelock North and Hastings, and only a short drive to Napier. A good base to explore Hawke's Bay.

Have stayed at Palm Tree Cottage before. Feel right at home. Quiet, rural setting. Easy access to town. We were able to bring our wee dog Gracie also. Definitely stay again.

Excellent location, not too far from Havelock village. Hosts were great with comms. Rented for 2 weeks on behalf of an employee visiting from China, great introduction to kiwi hospitality.

Great place

This is a really quiet and nice spot. I loved how the sunrise floods the room in the morning. It was cosy, warm, and well cared for. Thanks also for pulling the blinds down before I got in at the end of each day. That was a nice extra touch which kept the room warm and welcoming!
