All ground floor with one super king-size double bedroom comprising of a freestanding bath and an en-suite shower room, this characterful abode can sleep two guests. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with a lawned area, patio and furniture. OrcaberFarm Retreat offers a relaxing break away with the whole of the Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland waiting to be explored.

Town: Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is arguably one of the finest areas for walking in the region. With limestone pavements and scars, caves and open moors, the area has a wealth of natural interest and there are wonderful cycle tracks and walks on the doorstep. Austwick boasts a local pub serving excellent home cooked meals and a country hotel for something a little more special, as well as a shop and Post Office for visitors’ daily requirements. This quiet village is nicely off the beaten track, yet the market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.
