Stayed May 30, 2026Very cute little cottage, great for a young couple. The bathroom was a little cramped so if you are very tall or otherwise large it might be an issue, but for us it was fine. Very close to Provincetown, easy to bike there.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Kitchen totally equiped. Bedroom comfy except for ceiling vent that clanged with the wind, of which there was a lot of. Refrigerator was spacious. Nice chairs at end of driveway, facing the afternoon sun. But a long walk down a path to a small beach. Cottage was comfy for the two of us, but with such a tiny bathroom i can it crowded with kids. However, location was great

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Perfect getaway for me and my husband! Lovely location, well appointed, very responsive host! Close to so many cool things to see and do, but you could also set up a chair on the sandy beach close by and just enjoy the view!The full size fridge and thoughtfully appointed kitchen are great if you want to eat in!Fall really is our favorite time to be on the outer Cape, and this was a comfortable home base for our adventures. Many thanks to our hosts!

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Not good. Daughter fell on upraised brick on pathway. Hospital was an hour away. Dislocated shoulder and very deep wound requiring stitches. Manager immediately try to fix it but I got pictures. This was 10 minutes after we arrived. Was in pain and in a sling rest of the week. It was too cramped for 4 people. It was not as clean as I’ve stayed in other places.

Stayed May 24, 2025Although we wouldn’t choose to stay in that cottage again it’s only because the bedrooms were way to small and the shower was also awkward to get in and out of. If there is a larger cottage we would certainly choose to stay at the Bay View Cottages again. We did like the location and the caretaker on the property was very accommodating and pleasant .

Stayed Jul 20, 2024What a great find! Loved our little cottage and the sweet neighborhood of the other cottages. The beach is amazing as well. Karen is terrific and their property manager, Annabelle, is so helpful and kind. We can't say enough good things about it.
