OCEAN VIEWS and Best Beach Access @ Pelican Alley on Edisto Beach.

We all loved the space. We had a great time. It was a perfect location a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of room and ample area to relax and visit and enjoy each other‘s company. I would definitely recommend this home as a space to enjoy family friends whatever is happening for you.You’ll love this place

The home was as described. It was very spacious and the layout was great for larger families. Everyone had their own space. We watched the sunrise overlooking the beach from the large screened in room. The beach access was just across the street and easy to just walk back and forth. We will rent this home again.

The kitchen as well as the other Rooms were not clean. The kitchen cupboards were messy inside. Floors were not clean, dusty and sandy. Poor state overall.

Beautiful property very close to beach access. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Well- equipped kitchen was great as we cooked several meals.

We loved staying here! This location was so convenient, right across the street from the beach access, and we even had ocean views from the screened porch. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals there, I highly recommend

It was such a comfortable stay. The beach to the walk was very close; the house was also very clean when we arrived.

Good location, easy access to the beach. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired (very dusty, mildew smell). The photos are old, there is now a house blocking the beach view.

Location and house lovely. Very clean and attractive. Bedrooms had very comfotable beds, no closet space but hooks on back of doors., however. Air conditioner worked well but had issues at the end. A new air conditioner will be installed to meet the house needs next tuesday. We plan to come back next year.

Spent a few nights here to explore Edisto Beach. Great location with a partial view of the ocean. Very spacious floor plan and good sized bedrooms.

Just stayed two nites. Wonderful place so close to beach it didnt matter that it was second row! You must bring your own linens - sheets and towels, TP and tissues not provided either. Throws and conforters need washed, but could just be we were there out of season - prob not many recent guests. Floors, counters, baths were clean. We didnt cook there, but kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with owner was great.- highly reco.mend.

Great beach rental. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty of spaces to spread out and relax.

This home is perfect for a gathering of families! Edisto is such a charming little town, and Ryan was incredibly responsive, offering great local tips to help us make the most of our stay. We had a mix of kids (ages 1 to 6) and six adults, and the house had everything we needed, including a high chair, to keep everyone comfortable. The layout is fantastic, with spacious areas for spending time together, and the cozy, thoughtfully curated decor made it feel like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful time in Edisto and always do. The house is nice and spacious. But the AC is not compatible for the size of the house/amount of windows. The temperature in the house was in the 80’s late in the afternoon everyday despite being set to 70. At night, the house would cool back off sometime in the wee hours of the morning. The host stated that it was set to a schedule and did not run all day and that is why it was so hot. He stated that he deleted the schedules and it should cool off. (It had run that day, we could hear it and feel it blowing.) But the next day it heated up again to 81 in the house. For as much as we paid to stay for 4 nights, you should expect to be comfortable, especially since we had small children as well. Having good AC is very important when vacationing in the south in August!

This was our first visit back to Edisto since my husband died. Our two boys grew up visiting Edisto several times a year but now they live on the west coast. They wanted their own children to see the beach they loved so much. It was a huge success and they want to go back next year! wsuccess

Our family had the best time at Pelican Alley! Plenty of room, all the cookware you need in the kitchen, centrally located and great views for being across the street! We are already talking about booking again next year!

We just stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday. It was so nice that the owner was able to work with us on a long weekend instead of a full seven days. The location was perfect and the house was even better. It was perfectly laid out. We had dinner on the porch every night and relaxed in the sunroom and the living room in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked and the air condition worked great. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and again and again. :-)
