North Shore Lake House-

Nicely furnished living room with leather furniture.
Dock with seating , Patio with Picnic Table, Fire pit, and Gas Grill. Property is adjacent to boat launch.
Lots of grassy area for enjoyment, outdoor games.
Kitchen is well furnished: Dishwasher, oven, stove, refridgerator/freezer, crock pot, pizza oven, blender, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker and more.
Although the beds available say `sleeper sofa`, it is a queen sized air mattress

Because we do quick turnovers to many of our properties, please always let us know or request ahead of time anything special you may need. Or if upon arrival you find us lacking in a certain supply you need, please let us know.


Some of the finer points on supplies, particularly kitchen supplies:

Please bring spices (we`ll have salt/pepper).
We have sugar packets, creamers available (let us know).
Coffee filters are provided.
If you`d like paper towels, we can provide.
Two garbage bags will be provided in each larger container, let us know if you need more.
We sell firewood at the nearby resort and can not allow firewood brought in.
We follow Minnesota DNR recommendations to preserve our trees.

We hope you find your time with us is relaxing and enjoyable.
Make sure to get up early and watch the sunrise and if the skies allow watch the moon come up as well in the evening.

Parking is right next to house. Couple minute walk to nearby resort lodge, swim beach and other amenities.
The nearby resort sells firewood, ice, pizzas, candy and more.
They are well stocked with table games and books for those rainy days that you can bring back to your house.

We manage a nearby resort and do like to check in on my guests to make sure they have everything they need. We do our best to not be intrusive.

Friendly resort nearby with the `shack` , selling convenience items, such as ice, wood, candy, otc items, LP, 91 non-oxy gas, and more. Also let`s you borrow tables games.

Private drive and enough parking for up to 3 vehicles
- Quiet time outdoors is 11:00 pm
-No cats
-No fires past 11 pm, must extinguish
-A dog is allowed but not on furniture or bedding
-No fireworks
