Stayed Apr 19, 2023We had a wonderful 2 night stay @ this beautiful Whidbey Island driftwood cottage. This property was the perfect spot to spend time exploring Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands as well as the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley. We did an amazing high speed whale watch with Blue Kingdom out of Anacortes and did tons of exploring of local parks. The property has beautiful views of a little bay and we were treated with no less than 5 Bald Eagles flying just in front of the house! We also got to see some really cool Navy jets in the vicinity doing flying drills. We loved the design and decor of this house - it was so cozy and a perfect space for our family of 4. Our daughters (12 & 10) loved the bunk room and voted the double bed the most comfortable bed ever! We all loved the thoughtful touches, ease of access, waterfront bay and snacks left by the owner. It was a wonderful stay we only wish we could have spent more time in this lovely home!

Stayed Feb 23, 2023This is a newly remodeled, beautiful, and contemporary bay-side cabbin that is very thoughtfully furnished. What a good vacation rental find! Our young daughters enjoyed their first bunk bed experience (not to mention a luxuriously plush rug in the main living space!) The sunsets, changing tides, and local birds captivated us all. Located in a quiet little residential area, it was the perfect home base for our days spent exploring Deception Pass State Park. Weather was a bit too cold to use the fire pit this time, but hopefully we'll return!
