Newly Built Cottage 2 Bd / 1 Ba Cottage A Short Walk From Downtown Guthrie, OK

The cottage was super cute, accommodating, and conveniently located. Perfect for our girls shopping getaway to see historic Guthrie.

Great location close to the event we were participating in. Will definitely use again.

We loved this small house. It was very clean, very quiet and had a cozy living space to unwind, read, watch tv, or play a game. We also enjoyed the interesting books! Thanks for providing such a comfortable space for our overnights get away!

Cottage was super clean & cute. We stayed here while attending an event at the Lazy E so we were not at the cottage much at all. I left my laptop behind after check out & the owner’s son brought it to me!! I was so appreciative! Highly recommend. I would stay here again if I am ever in Guthrie again. 5 Stars & 5 thumbs up.

Immaculate, charming little house in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts provided many extras like snacks, coffee, laundry, dish & bath soap. Also, local menus & business/visitor brochures/booklets. They really thought of everything.

The cottage was cute and well maintained. The area was quiet and it was in a location that was close to stores and food. We would stay again!

Rented for a concert in Stillwater. Great location in town easy access to the highway. Cottage was very clean and new. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely little cottage in pristine condition. Our stay was comfortable and the cottage is adorable. It was super clean. Great location. A few suggestions: please put in a few luggage racks. There is nowhere to put luggage except on the floor, that doesn’t work for me. No closets in the bedrooms. The wardrobe in one of the rooms was fine but both rooms could use more storage. Kitchen was well appointed. Bathroom desperately needs some shelving for cosmetics etc and personal bath items, maybe over the toilet? The washing machine was super handy but made horrible noises during the wash cycle so we think it needs some repair. Besides those few suggestions this place was amazing and we would stay there again! Note. Both bedrooms are full size beds. Not queens. So that was a little “cozy”. A queen would fit in one of the rooms with no problem.

This cottage was perfect for our Mother/Daughter Trip to go antiquing and enjoy food and fun in historic Guthrie! The home was decorated perfectly, in a quiet neighborhood and so clean and new! Love it!

Great little cottage stay in Guthrie!

We stayed in this darling cottage in Guthrie as we are visiting our son at Oklahoma State University. It’s absolutely adorable, super clean, and in a fantastic location. Guthrie is an adorable town & hidden gem! We have already booked our next stay here!
