Stayed May 10, 2025Nicely located in a quiet community close to restaurants and shops. This cottage was nicely decorated and very clean. The host was quick to respond back when we had questions. Walking distance to private beach but was very crowded. Short drive to Grayson State Park where there was a nice quiet beach . Would highly recommend this cottage. Thank you for a great mothers day week

Stayed Sep 20, 2024My husband and I were on Vrbo one night looking for accommodations in the Rosemary beach area and this listing popped up as new! We immediately booked it as it looked perfect for our family of four. When we got here it exceeded our expectations! The carriage house was very clean, had exactly what we needed in the kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, beach towels, even a beach bag! Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a cooler, boogie board and 2 bikes! Two big things for me is how comfortable the bed is and the shower- both were fantastic! The tram was very convenient, you just walk to the end of the street and the pickup is right there, they are very quick too we didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes to and from. Even if you wanted to walk to the beach it was a very quick walk. The pool area was amazing. The cafe at the pool area had great food options too and was very good. This listing was the perfect balance of convenience and comfort and we can’t wait to come back!
