New Lakefront Lodge: Game Room & Gym

BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION! Fun and relaxation await you and yours at Kirk Lodge on the shores of Lake James. Bring or rent your boat and jet skis to your private dock. With a covered deck and balcony, you will enjoy panoramic views of water sports and Pokagon State Park. Your family or group will enjoy the mountain cabin vibe, spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a bunk room, well-equipped gym, and a fully stocked game room for lake evenings or rainy days.

The space
Kirk Lodgeis a 2,750 square foot 2-story located on the First Basin of Lake James. We are less than 5 minutes from I-69 but you will feel worlds away with the beautiful wooded setting.

We have one full bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor and minimal steps to the front door. A large kitchen with about every culinary item you could hope for, coffee bar, and open concept dining and living area provide ample room for gathering. The first floor is completed by a covered deck, guest half bathroom, and a gym-quality workout room with treadmill, Peloton bike, elliptical, and a full set of hand weights and bench. All bedrooms and living spaces have new HEPA air filters.

The second floor has a beautiful landing with seating at the top of the stairs along with 3 bedrooms. One of those bedrooms is a bunk room with 2 twin and 2 full bunks fit for kids and adults alike! The primary bedroom has a king-sized adjustable Sleep Number bed and a beautiful ensuite with walk-in shower and seating, cathedral ceiling, and a spacious balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. There's a game room on the second floor with plenty of lounging, lots of games, and a custom poker table.

Our long cement driveway will fit 6-8 cars and there is space across the lane for another or a boat trailer. We also own another cottage that has an extra parking loy if available.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas with the exception of the owner’s half of the garage (the other half is the workout room to which guests have access), a tiny office, a closet in the mudroom and a closet in the primary bedroom (guests have a second primary closet!).

Other things to note
**As we are new construction, our sod yard and landscaping will be installed this Fall weather permitting, and we will have timed sprinklers for a few weeks for the grass to take hold.
