Welcome to The Tree House! Need a break from all of the hustle and bustle If so, The TreeHouse is awaiting your arrival! Walk to Beach, Pier, Restaurants, Bars and Grocery. Park your car and do not get back in until you are ready to return home! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath abode located in Wrightsville Beach is ready for you to enjoy! This street level, smoke-free cottage is great for someone who does not like to climb up and down steps. The master has a king bed with a flat screenTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The living room has a pull out sofa with a large flat screen TV. This beautiful cottage sleeps 4 comfortably but, can sleep up to 6 (extra fee) with pull out couch. Also, check out our other property at VRBO#1260330- it sleeps up to 6 and would be perfect if you have another family visiting with you.

Spacious living and dining areas. Indoor breakfast table seats 6. Bar in the kitchen area has seating for four and there is a beautiful outdoor 48x20 deck that has a hand- built table that seats 12 and a gas grill for entertaining. Enjoy a shower in one of the two outdoor showers that are provided for you when you return from the beach. The backyard is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence and has been newly landscaped- it truly is an oasis. It is great for families who have children as they can play in the backyard while the parents are relaxing on the deck.

The front patio has seating for 6 and sits under one of the biggest oak trees on the island that helps to keep you nice and cool. Or, sit in one of the two rockers and enjoy your coffee in the morning. Also, hanging from the tree is a nice wooden swing. This front yard is perfect if you like to sit and people watch while everyone is coming and going from the beach.

Home features WiFi, includes bath towels, linens and sheets.

Rates are better than any hotel on the island plus you get the luxury of having separate bedrooms and your own spacious, well appointed kitchen and outdoor space!

Home is on the island and is .2 miles to the beach (walk in less than 5 minutes) and .1 mile to Banks Channel (walk in less than 2 minutes). The beach access point is access 18 on E. Henderson Street.

We always like our guests to know that this is a duplex. Our family will do our best to make the place as wonderful as we can for you! The common outdoor area is shared space between the upstairs and downstairs unit.

We have another unit upstairs that sleeps 6 max as well, it is a bit more expensive, but, this is an option if you have a large amount of people as you could sleep 12 people. Please email for more information. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms with a pull out leather sleeper sofa full kitchen, as well.

    Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next time we visit. Great local restaurants particularly Tower 7 (surprisingly good, offered boutique tequilas rarely seen outside of Guadalajara, friendly service); Mellow Mushroom (decadent pizzas); and Oceanic (expansive views). We also loved Fish Bites about a 15 minute drive away (located in a strip mall but had delicious fresh seafood and the friendliest service).

    The house has a great set up for a family. The kitchen and backyard space were well appointed and great for coming home from the beach. Everything is very walkable from bars to restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again.

    Property was very clean. It was well stocked with household supplies. Short walk to the beach! Outdoor space was great! Owners were very easy to communicate with! Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend

    A great space and location! Host was very responsive and nice to answer questions. Unit was clean and well equipped . We loved the outside space! Quick, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very nice neighbors too! The parking was tight for my husbands GMC 1500 truck but we managed. Just be aware if you have a large or extended cab it may be difficult to park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again!
