Stayed Sep 14, 2025The property was great, the mattresses were not very comfortable and one of us had to sleep on the couch. I think if you had your cleaning crew clean the shower heads they would work better. Overall the property met our needs and we really enjoyed the wild life.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Very clean and well appointed. The house was a little hard to find at first. Loved the resident deer and baby living on the hillside. Also we were treated to the wake up of the javelinas trying to raid the garbage cans. Felt like in the wild but yet it was close to everything in the city. Enjoyed the stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We stayed 3 nights and loved the property house and the patio was a real treat! Enjoyed our morning coffee there each morning of our stay!The house is tastefully decorated, the beds very compfy. Host was quick to respond to any questions i had.We were amazed we weren't expected to strip beds, wash towels and take out trash as with other VRBO's we've had before!The only reason i gave a 4 star instead of a 5 was because the location was very tricky to find. And we had high hopes of grilling and there wasn't the option.Would recommend.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We came to Prescott for a soccer tournament and enjoyed our stay. It was a clean space and had everything we needed to relax in between games and also cook breakfast in the morning. Enjoyed the fact we didn’t have to strip beds and do all the extras before checking out. Host was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. Would love to enjoy the cute porch more if it was little warmer.Would recommend staying here and would definitely book again.
