Just a short five-minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, and close to the nearby beaches of Start Bay, Moonrakers is an ideal property for a family, or perhaps several couples, keen to enjoy quick and easy access to Dartmouth itself and the surrounding area.

This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham.     Lovely house and fantastic location. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and as very comfortable. The parking and enclosed garden are a rare bonus. There are steep steps to the house but achievable and rewarded with exceptional views.
