Casa Monica charming cottage, located in Avila, ideal accommodation for those who want to enjoy the house, be in a rural environment and spend a few days quiet as for those who want to know Ávila and make gastronomic, wine and cultural tourism.
The house is located at the entrance of the town with magnificent views of the walls of Avila, the most emblematic monument of Avila.
To the house of typical rural architecture, built with traditional materials, granite stone and wood finishes is accessed from a small porch, the house has two floors, on the floor below is the living room, kitchen, a small toilet all of shared use and one of the rooms and on the top floor are the rest of the rooms and two bathrooms.

The house has a backyard-garden which is accessed from the kitchen, with garden furniture, barbecue with wood oven and private parking for cars

This home was just perfect and could easily accommodate a large family. Beautiful patio and impeccable home. Stayed a week and loved it. I would highly recommend this.

This house is close to Avila, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.The accommodations are very comfortable. The check-in was great: there was someone waiting for us and ready to show us everything about the hy. We had a wonderful time there!
