Very cozy, brand new and equipped for 6-7 people. (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) It has a large window that runs throughout the living room and a balcony with open views of the Paseo de San Roque. Walking along the garden of San Roque you reach the city center, the Plaza del Mercado Grande and the wall in 5 minutes. You can arrive by car and park without problems around the building. You can also reach the apartment by walking 10 minutes from the bus and train stations.

    This apartment was conveniently located in an active part of Avila, over a grocery store. 5 minute walk to the primary city gate. 10 minutes to the Cathedral or the Wall walk. Awesome host and a beautiful place. Would love to return!

    An ideal location to explore not only the fabulous Avila but also Salamanca, Valledolid and Segovia. El Escorial also possible. Noelia's apartment has been renovated to a high standard - everything is there for a very comfortable stay.

    This is a clean, modern and updated property. The location was amazing! Only a 10 minute walk to old town (once you can navigate the streets). If you haven't been to Avila, you need to go!! It is truly Spanish and authentic. There was everything you could have needed in under a 2 minute walk - and having the grocery store right underneath was an added bonus that we didn't even know about! Noelia was very quick to respond, had a helpful guidebook at the home and the check in/out process was very easy. We will return and stay here again as it really does have everything you need! Thanks so much, we will see you again.
