Modern waterfront cottage on Keuka Lake - close to Penn Yan & Finger Lakes wine!

Spent a week at this lovely cottage right on Keuka Lake near Penn Yann and only minutes from the west side of Seneca. Plenty of room for my wife and me and our pup. Has everything you need for your stay in the kitchen and in the home. Outside there’s a great porch and space for a fire pit or whatever else you’d like to do to relax by the water.

We had an awesome time at the cottage. Whether inside or outside, the view of Keuka Lake is just simply gorgeous. The cottage has everything you will need for a quiet relaxing stay. Give this cottage a try, you won’t be disappointed

This is a nicely renovated house stocked with everything needed. The view from the porch and dock is wonderful. Can’t get any closer to the lake.

We had such a nice long weekend at Morgan's cottage. You cannot beat the sunsets and stars at night sitting at the end of the dock! It was so warm one day, we even got to swim in the lake in October.....the water is crystal clear! The location is so close to Penn Yan, highly recommend the Keuka Candy Emporium if you do head there! You are 10-20 minutes from some great breweries and places to eat on both Keuka and Seneca Lake, and also approx. 30 minutes to Watkins Glen. The house itself had everything you needed; had all the necessary modern amenities and was really clean. The kitchen was so well stocked, even with your pantry basics for cooking. Morgan was such a great host checking in to make sure we got in ok and to see if anything was needed throughout our stay. I will say, you do need to go down stairs to get to the house from the street, and the listing does state that there are stairs necessary to access the house. BUT there are alot and they are very steep....pack light, also not ideal if you have small kids. We don't so it wasn't a big deal, but unpacking and packing back up was exhausting....i have no idea how you got all of your appliances and furniture into the house....lol. Even with all of the stairs we would definitely stay here again! Thank you again Morgan!

We had a beautiful relaxing stay. Owner was prompt and helpful. Very well-stocked cottage.

Location is awesome and loved the dock and kayak, gas grill. Beds were great, paper products were supplied and I was surprised. The place was clean and we were pleased. The stairs going into the cottage are a climb for over 65 (if you have issues) or pets with mobility issues. We would definitely rent again! THANKS! My 25 pound dog came and loved it. PS. I would add a keurig.

Cottage was great. Morgan was an awesome host and was communicative when we had questions.

Our family had a great stay at this cottage! We all enjoyed fishing, swimming and kayaking and our two Labradors loved jumping off the dock and swimming all around. The water was so clean and clear! Morgan was a very responsive and helpful host…thank you!

Overall, incredibly impressed with this beautiful property. We arrived in the late afternoon and spent most of our time paddle boarding around the lake and enjoying the wineries around the area. Our two kids and baby had a great time sitting around the fire and enjoying s’mores at night. I would 100% come back to this property for another vacation, I give it my overall best rating

My husband and I started out the week and found the cottage to be peaceful and very well equipped, including great info on nearby hiking and wineries. Family joined us later in the week to enjoy fishing kayaking and together time. We topped off the week with a family wedding, the cottage met all our needs, great week, thank you!

The cottage was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean and it had all the amenities you need for a great stay. I love the deck and how it had an overhang so you could sit out in the rain. It was in such a great spot within 10 minutes you could find wineries, grocery store and we discovered a great sandwich spot Olneys right down the road. We rented the kayaks during our stay which was available upon arrival which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already looking to go back!!
