Perfect place for a visit to Fort Collins. Everything was easy. Nice setup, about a mile walk to old town, coffee, and shops along a beautiful tree-lined street. The space is quiet, well-buffered from any traffic noise, and has a nice parking spot off the street. Enjoyed a couple of rides on the trolley, coffee at Butterfly cafe, and essentials are a short stroll to the Co-Op. Will definitely return.

Our stay was perfect. We were in town for the FOCOMX festival as my partner was performing at one of the venues. The location was convenient, the property was the perfect size and the amenities were good. Thanks for opening your home.

Great little place for a couples getaway! Location is prime for Fort Collins! Also hour away from Rock National Park can't beat that!

We arrived in the dark but the directions given were accurate and thorough and we didn't have any problems finding the loft, parking or letting ourselves in. The space and amenities were clean, the sheets were cotton (thank you! I hate microfiber :) ) and everything we needed was provided. The loft is an excellent configuration. The alley was quiet and located close to downtown and all of the places we needed to be. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to stay there again if the need arises. Thank you for sharing your loft.

The Loft on Mountain Ave. was a great stay. Everything was in order and clean when we arrived. Location is just a short walk to town and having a parking space next to the garage allows you to park the car and walk from there.

We enjoyed our stay in the loft on beautiful Mountain Ave. The bathroom was roomy, and the kitchenette had all that we needed for a 3 day stay. Accommodations were just right for one or two people. AC worked well.The host communicated well to our questions ahead of our arrival. We would stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this loft in Fort Collins, Ian was very quick to respond to any questions and was incredibly accommodating to my husband and daughter who came into town the last night. The location is perfect for biking, located in between city park and downtown and we had such a great time exploring the city. Thanks so much, we hope to visit again soon!

Just what we needed for visiting our daughter at her new home in Fort Collins. Ian & Heidi's loft was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Easy walk around from the alley to Mountain Avenue when our kids were collecting us to go somewhere. As tea drinkers, we really appreciated the electric kettle with no coffee residue!

This loft is in the perfect location! Walking distance to many restaurants. It is clean, well appointed, comfy bed too! The check in is seamless. Ian is a great host to a great loft! We have stayed twice, and will again our next trip to Fort Collins!

Such a cute place in the heart of Old Town. You can truly make a quick walk for coffee, meals, shopping, or just a stroll on Mountain Avenue, or City Park. Very quiet.

This is my second one-week stay at this lovely loft as we prepared to move to Fort Collins. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. It has just about everything you need, and importantly, nothing you don't need. No clutter or unnecessary items or decorations to get in your way

The perfect place when you want to enjoy Fort Collins downtown

This property is located in the historical part of Fort Collins. Wonderful location to explore downtown, CSU or just explore the neighborhood. The property is well maintained with a designated parking space for guests. The apartment which is located above the garage is bright and cheerful with functional furniture. The house was very clean well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The guest house does not have a cooktop or an oven but the owner supplied a toaster oven and microwave. The neighborhood is quiet with large trees that shade the home. We were there for work and we were both using our laptops to conduct business, internet was fantastic with no loss. I recommend this VRBO to anyone who needs to travel to Fort Collins.
