The house, which is newly built and fresh, is open to the nock. Here are three bedrooms and two loft, one with bed. The kitchen, dining area and living room in open plan offer the opportunity for pleasant coexistence.

Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200 cm overlooking the water.
Bedroom 2: single bed 90x200 cm.
Bedroom 3: bunk bed.
Loft with single bed 80x200 cm.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a kitchen island which provides a good working space. Dining area for 4-6 people

This oasis is shared with the owners who live in other houses on the site. In total, there are 4 houses on the property, all with private patios and private feel.
NOTE!The property's private jetty is only used by the family.

150 meters from the house you bathe from public jetty. 400 meters away there is the marsh stage with sandy beach.
For those who prefer rock bathing, this is about 700 meters away.
 2 km from the house is Överby swimming area, a nice child-friendly sandy beach with playground, beach volleyball, barbecue area, dressing room and large lawn that invites to play.

The summer town of Vaxholm is only 8 km (10 min by car) away with a large selection of shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors.
Here you stroll around and look at boats in the well-traveled harbor or visit the Vaxholm fortress.
Vaxholm municipality calls itself the capital of the archipelago, a fitting name given the buzz of summertime.
