Stayed May 20, 2022Nice clean cottage with lots of outside patio areas. Perfect for small family. Make sure a/c is turned on/functioning. The outside compressor looked new but wouldn't come on no matter how we set the thermostat and it did get hot one day.

Stayed May 15, 2026This unit is a lovely beach cottage in what is essentially a bungalow colony. Lovely playground for the kids with tetherball, swing set, bball court, and horseshoes. So much done to maximize space and efficiency in the cottage. Ample seating, yard…it’s just a great place. Vince is a great host, and he has a lovely place.

I appreciate the clear and open communication that we experienced with our host and the ease check in. We did find it a bit tricky to find, but part of that was the fact that we arrived after dark, for sure. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Our stay was excellent. I am used to staying close to the beach but went off the beaten path and im glad i did. The cottage offered everything we needed plus more. We loved the fire pit and the grills the back yard is beautiful. I would and will be going again.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025FANTASTIC! The cottage is very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised. The pictures do not do it justice. Our pups enjoyed it as well. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower with warm water. We will be coming back again soon!!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Location was great, cottage was fully equipped and meticulous. Had a wonderful fall weekend at the beach with my mom for her birthday. Vince was very responsive and easy to work with as well as accommodating with my mom’s chemical sensitivities. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024It is a wonderful little cottage. It has all the comforts of home! It is has everything that is described in the description. It was super clean. The heating & cooling system worked very well. It is in a cute little village of cottages away from the many road & has wonderful outdoor amenities & private backyard yet it is close to store & restaurants & not too far to the beach. We loved our stay there & want to come back next year.
